Alexa’s P.O.V
Monday morning came clocking around sooner that I had expected. Since my weekend was basically stolen from me by the Hixon family drama, I only had Sunday to myself which I spent listening to Araminta babbling about how Mr. Hixon and I were made for each other. And of course, I denied all allegations rightfully; I dare not get emotionally entangled with a man who was still in love with somebody else.
Also, I got to have a face-time chat with my parents and Deja, who like all other times, told me how much they miss me and want me to come back home. Araminta almost told them about the fake relationship fiasco which resulted in her getting a face-full of throw pillow and an almost punch. I by no means wanted them to know anything about this. If they did, I would not hear the end of it.
