"Damn it! Move! Quick!" Ralph shouted amidst his difficulty in breathing.

But his knightmare frame had shut down already.

The lights that it lets out in it's eye like part in the head had dimmed and the sound of it's engines operation had stopped too, clearly showing that it was out of power.

This happened because his knightmare frame had almost always been emptied by him everyday, as he trained.

He had just finished training in this days morning and had only gotten off the machine to have some lunch, rest and review on his training.

That's why the power of his machine had not been full from the very start!

Reynald immediately saw this scene happening so he quickly backed up a bit before kicking Ralph's knightmare frame to make it fall down.

When Ralph's knightmare frame fell down he did not finish him off though.

Because even though he is a spy right now, he was not really a real spy.

This is his first spy like mission which is not really like a mission at all.

He did not have to worry about completing his objectives!

He can just do whatever and only do his mission if he had a hundred percent chance in doing it.

This is because he was not even the only one that got this mission.

There are many people like him, from all ages and gender, except for toddlers and extremely old people though.

He is the only one who succeeded on accomplishing one of the missions though.

He only needs to report annually, no one even gives orders to him and when he give his reports, no one gives any response!

This operation was very secretive and very strict.

The other people with the same mission as him had already been called back into America, they had been directly inducted into the army.

This was what is supposed to happen to him too if not for him managing to join the piloting academy.

He was not really a spy! He just wanted to join the army in America and become a citizen there but his application had been intercepted by the people who are assigned to see through this spying mission.

He was really shock when he was informed of this and his friend who joined the military is even more when he got the news as they both applied to the army at the same time but his friend was a full blown Black American.

This friend of his tried to help him out by questioning this situation out but he only got a warning from high up in return.

No one even bothered hearing him out, because he was black and the racism in America right now is still on going while there is very few blacks in the high places at this time.

So he had no choice but just get sad and angry together with Reynald as they separated ways.

The two of them can't do anything after all, they are just newly graduates and don't have any backing, one of which is even from the enemy country while the other is a black.

Reynald resented that kind of happening but he still followed the mission.

And now, he felt that Ralph also became friends with him and he thinks that it was Britannia's fault that the two of them had fight each other.

He felt that, just like what happened to him and his friend, Ralph had no choice too and can only follow.

But even though he now had resentment to those politicians and other people in the high places, he still is loyal to America as he trusts the constitution from which it was built of, because it is the land of the free!

'Not everyone in the high position is a bad person!' He thought in nostalgia as he looked at Ralph's fallen knightmare frame while backing up to make some distance between them just to make sure.

"Fraye?! Is the adjustment ready?!" Reynald asked as he really feel like they need to go now, asap.

"I only finished the fifty percent! You should first transform the machine into it's fighter plane form before I start up this configuration!" Fraye said seriously as she continued doing what she is doing but this time, going for the maximum value of the parameters of the machine.

"Good!" Reynald exclaimed happily as he operated the machine to move into the runway before transforming it into it's fighter plane form.

"Starting up configuration set up! Don't fucking do anything while it is happening Rey!" Fraye said as she concentrated more on the data that started appearing on the system UI screen.

The system UI screen is separated from the monitoring surveillance of the knightmare frame just so that it would not block the sight of the pilot.

"I know! Don't be so nervous alright?!" Reynald said loudly as he rested a bit while taking some deep breaths.

He then took of his polo, which is part of the male uniform, and used it to wipe some of his sweat as he is really starting to feel stuffy and sticky.

This feeling is really uncomfortable to him and it made him really want to take a shower.

Back to Ralph...

"Damn it! Why don't you fucking move! Stand the fuck up!

I am so close! Why! Damn it! Damn it all!" Ralph shouted maniacally inside the knightmare frame while moving the levers and floor boards of it restlessly.

He was greeting his teeth while tearing up as he is really feeling frustrated and disappointed on himself.

The success is just within his grasp after all but then, he still failed.

He just needed to last for a minute more or two.

Every knightmare frame has a separate extra mini battery dedicated to the cockpit so that it can still run some of it's functions even if all the energy for it's movements are out.

That's why he saw in the monitor that Reynald had already started taking off.

And it is really making him feel more frustrated and disappointed of himself.

He gave it his all but he still failed.

When Rey had just gone off, the radio sounded.

*Ksshh

"How is it, Ralph?" A calm voice sounded from the speaker.

"I'm sorry Char! I failed! He already flew off!" Ralph shouted in frustration with some tears as soon as he heard the voice.
