It was the time when both Kinzo , his team and Ronin's faction had realised that Kinzo had to make a move. Or else Kinzo's own intention to finish an unknown enemy will be perished.

Alongside with that, the secret of 8 items should be unknown according to Kinzo's memory and knowledge. As the enemy clearly declared that he knew the secret of the 8 items, Kinzo couldn't ignore this threat. All these time he was making moves against Ronin's fiction therefore he was buying time to investigate it. That's why Kinzo was rejecting Ronin again and again as he needed more clues and time to make the moves.

But Ronin was prepared for every possible scenario.

During these days, Kinzo and Kenji tried their scheme of tracing every location they traced. They had failed and in this process Ronin already lost total 12 phones. In other words, Ronin could negotiate only 4 times from now. Also Kinzo's team had traced their location for about 6 times in total to get those phones. But it's no use.

Around this time, Kinzo was rejecting Ronin's offer due to his moves that he was making against Ronin. But this move of Kinzo had no effect on Ronin's preparation. From Kinzo's POV when he tried to trace their locations every time, they had failed. Kinzo had no estimations of how many phones they were using. If Kinzo knew that Ronin had only 20 phones , then definitely Kinzo would make a difference choice of actions to eradicate the problem his enemy. But this piece of information was unknown to Kinzo and Kenji too.

That's why they had to give up this scheme as they didn't know how many phones Ronin's faction had.

Even Ryuen's faction was helpless.

The politicians power was useless. When experts like Kenji, Kinzo, Ryuen, Tom , Harris couldn't do anything, how would lowly students find the location of their enemies ??

That was totally unrealistic and a move to waste time against this types of enemy.

The detective from Ryuen's faction was dependant on Kenji more than himself.

Ryuen himself was stressed out.

Finding no moves at all, Kinzo decided to negotiate again with the enemy while agreeing to Ronin's terms and conditions. Ronin also knew that.

At this time, Ronin and Kinzo were enemies. Kinzo wouldn't let go of Ronin as Kinzo figured that Ronin knew the secret of 8 item. Kinzo was also sure that his enemy didn't know that Kinzo was aware of this secret.

On the other hand, the rivalry of them was pretty clear to both sides. Ronin knew that Kinzo would run out of moves soon. Which would only lead to one conclusion.

That is : Agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Kinzo ran out of moves. But that didn't mean he couldn't make more moves. It was quite obvious.

Ronin was also sure of that. In the last negotiation, Kinzo had agreed to give the two rings and asked for the transaction method.

Ronin had told the methods to Kinzo . As Kinzo agreed to give the rings, Kinzo would definitely scheme behind the scean to catch the enemy. It was his move. Kinzo decided to play with the flow and according to his plan he would eliminate his enemy at the climax of the whole incident when the rings were being passed. That's why Kinzo agreed.

And Ronin wasn't aware of this scheme. Ronin had already concluded the way of transection.

The whole negotiation took place in 25 December 2077.

According to the negotiation, the transection would take place in 26 December, 2077.

December 26, 2077

It was around 11 o'clock in the morning.

The sun was shining and the sky was a bit gloomy.

Kinzo was wearing a black suit . A red tie was hanging from the throat to the abbs of Kinzo .

Kenji was wearing a baggy pants and a blue t shirt.

His girlfriend , Gaya was eating cup noodles with a pair of chopsticks besides Kenji.

Robin was beside Kenji, guardian them as usual.

Ryuen's faction was there but some of the members left the place. Only Carter and Jim were inside the house.

Soon a man knocked the gate of the house.

"Knock knock !"

A servant from Kinzo's house came and opened the gate from behind.

A man in suit with a muscular build and well accounted frame had entered the house.

He was none other than Zai, a member from Channel Runner . Zai was a messenger of Runner Channel who was used to transfer a message, an object from one place to another place according to the instructions of the sender .

As a messenger, Zai was instructed by Ronin about the rings.

Because of the rules ""

"Sender can't send fake letters or letter with no context. If it is proved then as a punishment the sender will lose his membership."

Ronin had an estimation that Kinzo won't risk his membership by giving fake rings. But Ronin wasn't someone who wouldn't consider the worst case scenario.

From Ronin's prospective, Ronin couldn't just magically tell whether Kinzo gave fake rings or not. Ronin could tell this by getting the ring on the hand. If he found fake he could complain it to Runner Channel resulting Kinzo losing his membership. But that's possible only when Kinzo give fake rings. No one from Ronin's faction could read Kinzo's move this time. But Ronin had already prepared for the worse case scenario.

Just as the instructions, Kinzo had given two letters to Zai. He had handed over the two rings inside these letters while placing a micro tracker on that. Micro tracker is a tracking device which could trace locations upto any distance. It was so small that ordinary people wouldn't see without proper precautions. The size of it was like smaller than a piece of rice. The micro tracker was attached in a side of the ring so that no one would see it.

Zai took that. Then he walked away. When Zai took his leave, Kinzo had signaled his men to follow Zai in order to get a proper location.

Zai was walking through a narrow path. Behind them there were three men in different dress. One was wearing baggy jeans, half torn t-shirt. He was walking while pretending to talk with someone in phone.

Another guy behind the first stalker was walking while pretending to listen music with the help of his earphone. Together with the second stalker, third stalker was riding a bicycle. Sometimes he went further Zai and sometimes he get stulk behind Zai. Moreover there were many people around the road and the area. So, among those hundred people no one would notice these stalkers of Kinzo. From other's POV the whole scenario would look like publics were walking normally with their own thoughts in mind.

As for suspicion, Only Ronin and his faction had to do the job. But it was way too hard to find a stalker among those hundred people. That's why Ronin didn't make this decision.

Zai also didn't care about the stalking thing. His only occupation was to send the letter to the receiver. Other than this he had nothing to do with whoever stalked him or not. Runner Channel, despite only working to transfer messages, objects from one place to another they were powerful enough to overthrow mid sized nations. Thus no one would stupidly get in a fight with a member of Runner Channel. Because of the unique system of Runner Channel where there were no communities at all, the risk of fighting against a messenger was thrice as the whole Channel would try to eliminate the attacker instead of a group . Because

Channel > Community

In both quantities and qualities.

As for the security departments unless they were high ranked they could easily get in a fight against messengers.

Ramp Force, Rapid Force, Fire Force were weak compared to Runner Channel. In fact Runner Channel was much much higher even in criminal world in terms of Battle Power.

Now the question arises, " What if a criminal uses messenger to transport drugs ?"

Drug is an illegal object. So, Security Departments would obviously interfere with its transference. But here is a twisting thing. Not everyone can use messengers. To use the service of the Runners, one has to buy their membership first. This was the hardest task. To buy a membership, not only money was required but also a combination of total three tasks had to be done. By these three tasks, the Runners decides whether that person was worthy of the membership or not. That's why not everybody could buy the membership. The cost of the money was also way too high to buy the membership.

There was also another down point. The Runners would first take the money. And then they would provide the three tasks one by one. So, if a person loses the tasks he will also lose the money. That money was high in quantity. That's why nobody would risk that amount of money while knowing that they wouldn't get anything if they lost the task. In summary,

1) They would give the details of the membership and the process of buying it.

2) They would take the money .

3) They would give the task.

So, every customer would have to complete the first two conditions easily.

But once they failed the 3rd one, they couldn't recover the loses of 2nd one which was related to the money. So, only rich and high ranked criminal/officer could get a membership. And high ranked criminal/officers wouldn't stupidly make decisions like transfering objects Infront of other security departments/criminal organisation.
