Building a Guild in a Fiction World using my Gamer System

Waking up in a fictional world where different movies combined to form a gigantic world of a sort. How would an ordinary guy become the strongest entity? By building a guild, of course. This is a harem novel so before anyone complains, I'll just put it out there. The harem isn't that large and is slow going. Movies include: Marvel, DC, John Wick, Fast and Furious Saga and so on.

"Who's the third one?"

"I don't know." Brian said shaking his head, "He's called the transporter and he arrived today, but he seems to be sanest of them all. He doesn't talk more than necessary, he's unusually sharp and hell of a good driver. He's different from those bodyguards my guess is that he has an military background."

'Who the fuck is this transporter guy again?' Bruce tilted his head not sure if there was guy like that in the continental. 'Very likely, it's a third party. And his ability must be really good for Brian to compliment him on that. But for Viggo to spend so much on assassins and now this driver, what the fuck is even in that hard disk,'

Due to his professionalism, he didn't ask Cipher anything about it but the way everyone seemed so over protective over this hard disk, his curiosity couldn't help but peak.

"So you guys and this transporter guy suppose to work together?"

"Yeah, we are supposed to create a diversion for him and make a run for our destination, while the man returns back to the mansion and they finally leave. I heard they were collecting a hard drive, but I am not clear about that?"

"Does the agent planted inside know about the hard drive?" Bruce asked,

"No, I only heard it by accident and I came right here after our meeting, ever since that guy came around, he has shifted the agent to another place probably due to the hard drive, which seem to be the focus of their transaction," Brian said with confidence, "The shipment happens in two days and that's about all I know."

"I am sure you already get the gist of it, but I want you to keep the information about the hard drive a secret, no matter what," Bruce said with a serious expression that even Suki who knew him the longest in the group had never seen before.

She wondered how someone who seemed so gentle could even make that expression but she remembered their chat yesterday as she shook her head, 'Looks can be really deceiving,'

The meaning of it was clear if they leaked the information Bruce was going to come after them.

"So let's make the deal clear," Bruce said, "You can take 70% of whatever money you find within Carter's stash and do anything you want with it."

"Wait! wouldn't that make the F.B.I suspicious of us?" Roman who had gotten out of jail not too long ago said with a bitter expression,

"They need the criminal to press charges, to begin with." Bruce shrugged, "Carter is my target, and my client wants him dead."

"Your client?"

"Someone who wants to do good." Bruce lied with a straight face after all there wasn't any need to be honest with those two, as they were merely nothing but pawns to him.

The only reason that he even invited them was simply to know about the whereabouts of both Carter and the hard drive and to make sure the information doesn't get leaked about the hard drive as that was what Cipher wanted.

That's why he wasn't even going to pay out of his pockets, he just wanted them to take something, they would've gotten if they were smart enough.

"Carter isn't a good man. For people like him, you should know well enough Brian, that they have connections and the prison cell won't be able to keep them in." Bruce said making up bullshit but still valid arguments, "So my client has a personal grudge against Carter and wants him dead,"

"I am only telling you this because I know of your arrangements, you both are getting immunity and I don't want to ruin it for you." Bruce continued, "I could've easily done my job and leave you two hanging but I don't want to do that."

"So you'll kill him after he gets arrested?" Brian asked as Bruce nodded,

"You do your job and get the immunity, and everything that happens after that is none of your concern." Bruce looked at the both of them, "So deal?"

"Deal!" Roman was the first to accept, he was getting the money and immunity, and as extra that douchebag Carter was dying so he couldn't be happier.

Brian didn't answer right away as he started thinking about what was the right thing to do.

"Brian, being an ex-cop yourself, you know that they aren't exactly trustworthy. They don't even care if you guys die here or not, as long as the job is done." Bruce said, "I can assure you that I'll help you even if the authorities won't stand with their part of their deal,"

Brian looked at him and then at Suki who nodded at him, as he finally agreed.

Watching the both of them head out, Bruce crashed back onto the couch.

"Negotiating is exhausting,"

"You never told me what I need to do?" Suki said as she rolled her eyes sitting next to him,

"Your job is the most important of them all," Bruce said with a cheeky smile, "You're my driver."

"I see." Suki said, "So these guys you're going to take them all out? Brian said there's 107 of them to be exact, those bodyguards I don't know about but the others aren't really easy to take care of. They aren't petty gangsters like Vincent who only barks but never bites, so do you really have to do this?"

"The bodyguards are the more dangerous type." Bruce said as Suki raised her eyebrows at him, "They are exactly like me, to be more exact we share the same profession except they have more experience than me and have killed more than me."

"Then why the fuck would you do this?" Suki said with her eyebrows raised, "Is it money? I am sure that we can find hundred other ways to make money, in fact, robbing a bank might be easier. So why are you so invested in doing this suicide mission?"

"Aww! you said 'we'." Bruce joked to make her calm but looking at her face he knew it might have backfired.

"I am serious, Bruce." Suki said turning away from him, "I will work with you regardless of what job it is, but this is insane. That mansion is basically a fortress now, and you're just one guy."

"I know, but it is a price I have to pay to earn my freedom." Bruce said with a bitter smile, "I want to go on more dates with you, you know. I want to travel the world, grow as a person that can make my own decision. I want to be free."

Suki took a deep breath still not looking at him.

Bruce smiled as it was for the first time someone had been concerned about him doing his job. The contractors would be happy as long as he did his job and even happier if didn't come back alive after finishing his task. For his one-time partner, Perkins, even she would be happy if he died as she wouldn't have to share the reward with him.

He sat back up and put his hands on her shoulders pulling her towards him, as he hugged her from her back.

"So these bodyguards are other hitmen?" Suki asked in a frustrated tone as it seemed there was no helping it with Bruce's tone,

"Assassins, Hitmen it's pretty much all the same." Bruce said, "You see, I was an orphan as I've told you before and my adopted mother, who is called The Director, runs this organization called Ruska Roma."
