Edward's knees buckled and he fainted.

"Edward!!!" Dale panicked and she flew to Edward's side.

The doctor approached them and checked Edward.

He led Edward's limp body to the hospital bed.

"He'll be fine Mrs. Barber. So don't stress yourself out. You have to be extra careful especially because you are carrying twins in your condition."

Dale just nods her head and looks at Edward.

"I suggest you tell your doctor about your condition so he or she can monitor you closely. And I also suggest coordinating with your ob."

Dale absentmindedly nods.

Edward stirs and opens his eyes.

He looks at Dale in panic.

"What happened my love? Why am I the one in bed?"

"You fainted! Are you okay now my heart?" she asks worriedly.

Edward sat up and embraced her.

"I'm sorry my love! I should be the one asking you that!"

"I'll leave you two for now!" the doctor says and he left.

As soon as the door closes, Edward gets out of the bed, carries Dale and puts her on the bed.

Dale looks at him and smiles.

She doesn't want to worry him anymore about what might happen.

"I just want to go home my heart! I don't want to stay here." she says in a pleading voice.

"Not until the doctor tells me it's okay for you to go home!"

Dale didn't say anything afterwards.

Silence filled the room for a few minutes.

Edward coughs and asks...

"Is it true Dale? Are you really going to...." he couldn't say it.

He swallows the unbearable lump in his throat.

He tries to start speaking again.

"I mean...what exactly is going to happen if you give birth to our twins?"

She's not actually sure herself what will happen.

But Toma did warn her that she will be having a difficult pregnancy and that she might possibly die while giving birth to a child.

It was actually the reason why she agreed to her fiancé's condition.

She had a death wish.

She wanted to die while giving birth.

But that was before she knew Edward will be her husband and the father of her child.

Now... she's scared!

She's actually not scared about dying.

She's more afraid of what will happen to the twins.

But she doesn't want Edward to worry about it anymore.

She needs Edward alive and healthy for their children.

"Don't worry about it anymore Edward! I guess I was just too shocked that we're having twins!" she smiles at him trying to ease his worries.

Edward seems to search her face if she is telling the truth.

"We'll have to call my parents and tell them the good news!" she tries changing the subject.

Edward still doesn't say anything.

"Fine! I'll ask Toma if he can come here earlier to check my heart so you can stop worrying!"

At the mention of her doctor, Edward snaps to attention.

"We really need to get you another doctor who can monitor you here my love! Especially now in your condition!"

"I'll ask Toma to recommend someone. He used to work here in the Philippines so he'll know who can take his place."

"That will be great!"

"So...now can we go home my heart?"

"Fine! I'll go ask the doctor! You stay here and rest first!" he kisses her forehead before leaving the room.

After a few minutes, Edward came back.

"Let's go home my love!"

Dale smiles at him.

"Have I told you already that I love you Mr. Barber?" she asks playfully while Edward helps her settle in the car.

"Don't look at me like that Mrs. Barber! I know that look!"

"What look?!?" she asks innocently.

Edward groans in frustration.

"I won't fall for that Mrs. Barber!" he says as he starts the engine.

"Fine! Suit yourself!" Dale crosses her arms and sulks.

She looks away from Edward.

Edward sighs.

He reaches for Dale's chin and turns her to look at him.

"I'm sorry, my love! I'm just worried about you and the twins, that's all!"

Dale didn't say anything and just pouts.

She doesn't know why she's acting like a sulky kid.

"Kiss me and then I just might forgive you!"
