Blood Dragon Khan
It was blood for blood. That is the rule of the golden throne. Kingdoms, tribes, and sects fought for it but only one will remain and sit on it. The throne of gold and power that is what they describe it. Who ever sit on the throne always seek to conquer the lands and let the enemies of the throne kneel and bow done rejoicing to those who sit on the golden throne. But it was no longer subject to return to the hands of mortals. Because the unstoppable force of the 9 Heavenly dragons took the power and the glory of it. The so-called guardians of the skies and the heavens, but like all those who maintain peace, there is always chaos among peace, and so the battle of the Ruling Dragons started. They named the first dragon after the shining brilliance of light that came when it fly down from the heavens. They called it “Eternal Dragon”. Followed by its brother, the second dragon, who bites on the handle of the throne and is wise and intelligent, the “Enlightened Dragon”. From the left side of the throne, the third brother grips on the handle and roar loudly and its claws embedded itself on the golden throne and named the “Ferocious Dragon”. Then followed by the fourth brother that slithers on the back of the golden throne known for its sweetness and gentleness, the “Blossom Dragon”. Then the fifth dragon known for its love for money and gold, the “Fortune Dragon”. That ended the 5 heavenly Ruling Dragons, but it did not end there. As there are still the four Dragons who did not get near the Golden throne because of their destructive power. Known as the 4 Demonic Dragons of Asura. First was the 6th brother known for mercilessly exterminating innocents and giving the art of war to the mortals. And widely known as the “Dreaded Dragon”. The 7th brother who sided with the Dreaded Dragon, known for liking the color of blood and created the river of blood of Asura the “Blood Dragon” and the 8th brother known for the thinking of the dark arts and created the dark demonic styles of fighting. The only rival of the Eternal Dragon, the “Ravenous Dragon” and the last of the 9 Heavenly Dragons that sided with that Dreaded Dragon and breaking the stalemate among the heavenly dragons for good, the “Thunder Dragon”.
A faded smile
"So basically in just less than a day we have full direct control of the underworld in this town. What I am hearing is correct?" Li Xin looked at Xiao Shirong. And then gave off a smile, "Well done, then. For now, you will monitor all the underworld activities. That is all you need to do." Li Xin gave his order and Xiao Shirong once again greeted Li Xin and then closed the door. Li Xin goes back in meditating.

"So that kid really made the 4 gangs into a single gang, which now called the Heavenly Blood Dragon gang. Are they serious!?" the commander of garrison force exclaimed as he looked at the papers that were sent to him by agents on the ground.
"Sir, do you want to order a crackdown on their business? We can do that," one lieutenant suggested.
The commander looked at the lieutenant and say, "We can't even do that as they are in a single power in the underworld. If we fight them, we can get killed. For now, we own the daylight and they own the dawn. So we are keeping it as that for now." The commander looked at the papers.

Li Xin finished meditating and then looked at the dark, starry skies. "I should take on the phantom beast's plains, but I also need to enter the Northern Star city, and it will really take me 2 days to reach that city. And what I have heard is that there are other gangs there."
He smiled and looked at the Blood Spear that was leaning on the wall. Li Xin walked towards the spear and then grab the spear. He felt the unusual force that was driving him to kill and to restore his blood Qi.

"Have they have verified that the Black Dragon gang has taken offer Destiny town? How can that be possible!" Teng Ru, the leader of the Silver wolf gang. He was furious to hear that the Blue Raven leader has been killed and been paraded as a piece of trophy.
"That leader will pay for their sins. But for now we need to gather our forces as I feel that the other 3 gangs will join me in this kind of fight" Teng Ru grips the handle of his chair while his council was in front of him.
[Poison Needle gang headquarters, Northern Star City]
"We have new talents for the underworld once again. I Hope that its not only here but also in other cities. I really would like to meet the leader of that new gang. What is it called again, adviser?" Xue Chen said calmly while looking at her adviser. "It is the Heavenly Blood Dragon". Then Xue Chen giggle as he heard the name of the gang before playing herself on her bed.
[The day ended]
Li Xin woke up and head down he walks out of the Inn like it was a normal day. But when he went out, there were 2 guards behind him. Li Xin turns around and said "Who are you and why are you following me?" the 2 guards kneel and greeted the leader. "Leader, we are from the main guard force of the gang. We are here to guard you, as requested by the head adviser."
Li Xin smiles and said, "You don't need to guard me. Tell the head adviser that I will seclude myself," and the two guards bowed before leaving him. And when he turns around, he saw it was a peaceful day like the day he first enter the town. He left the town and travel on the dirt road. While he was traveling, he seems to see a group that was traveling to the Destiny town.
He looked closely at the banner that they were holding and Li Xin recognized the banner, the banner of the kingdom of the blue dragon.
Li Xin felt the anger inside of him and because of that when it the horseback was getting closer and closer to him he suddenly spins his spear remove its cover and stabbing the horse.
The 2 guards at the back stopped while the messenger got lunched off to the front and slams his face on the dirt road. While the horse dropped on the ground and the blood coming out of the wound was being sucked clean by the Blood spear.
The two guards were furious at what happened and so they charge to Li Xin but it already prepared him for the attack so he used the Blood swirling dash style to close the gap between him and the two horseback. And when he did, he then spins his spear and used the Blood disruption technique.
Because of the activation of the technique, a strong wind suddenly being compressed and spins at the tip of the spear. And Li Xin aimed it at the two incoming horseback. He let the whirlwind fired at the 2 horseback and when the 2 horseback entered the whirlwind they screamed in pain and after that their bodies falls to the ground same with the horse that they have used.
He then turns around and tries to find the messenger who slammed his face to the ground. Li Xin suddenly felt a revitalization inside of him, a sudden urge to explode and then his Blood Qi got pushed all throughout of his body.
From 3 meridians that are open, Li Xin made it 5. Soon, blood created a dome that covered him. Li Xin meditates peacefully. After 30 minutes, all the blood that circled him entered his body into his skin and into his arteries and veins.
Li Xin felt like it branded him new, and his strength has increased. As he can now punch to the air and create a soft mark on the trunk of the tree. Li Xin then continues to walk and did not bother reading what they wrote on the scroll.
While traveling down the dirt road, he felt a sudden strong wind that was trying to call his presence. Li Xin tried to fight the wind, but it was too strong and it directed him to a cave. He noticed that there were footsteps in the cave. Li Xin prepares his spear and started doing Blood Circulation meditation technique.
When he entered the cave, it was quiet. Only his footsteps left behind, then it vanished as if the cave seems to be a new trail. Li Xin continues deeper into the cave. At first he only see red veins at the ceiling of the cave.
