Chapter 38: Your Highness, Hurry and Run

Tan Yinyin had been staying at her grandmother's house for a short time, and the time for the college entrance exam was approaching.

On a Saturday morning at 7 o'clock, she opened her eyes, realizing it was time to start reviewing.

"Okay, I won't laugh. Brother, there's no supermarket here. I'll go to Mrs. Wang's house to borrow a set of boys' clothes for you. Just stay here obediently!" Tan Yinyin said and immediately dashed out, her joyful footsteps reflecting her elated mood.

Great, she got to see her handsome brother transformed into a human again!

Today, her aunt wasn't at home. When Grandma Yu Lan had prepared breakfast, Tan Yinyin saw Tan Yinyin pulling out a tall and handsome young man from the room.

"Grandma!" Tan Yinyin sweetly called out to her. Then, she pulled Danny's hand, signaling him to greet her too.

"Grandma." Danny politely greeted her, the innocent him completely unaware of any issue with this address.

Yu Lan smiled kindly in response. The three of them sat around the dining table, and Yu Lan kept looking at Danny. Unable to hold back any longer, she asked, "Is this what Danny looks like as a human?"

In reality, not everyone could accept interspecies love. Grandma Yu Lan could accept it, mainly because she thought Tan Yinyin was really pregnant with his child.

"Yes!" Tan Yinyin replied, and Danny nodded with a smile.

"He looks handsome like this. I wonder how good-looking your child will be when you have one!" Grandma Yu Lan said with anticipation.

Tan Yinyin had just taken a bite of her food and almost spat it out.

As for Danny, he felt so embarrassed that he wanted to bury his head in the rice bowl. Little One was pregnant with his child, but he didn't know how long she would be pregnant.

Tan Yinyin, dressed in a white and yellow floral dress with two braids, and Danny, in a white shirt and black pants, walked hand in hand on the sunny and beautiful grassland, appearing youthful and splendid.

After walking for a long time, the sun had become a bit intense. They stopped under the shade of a tree, sitting closely side by side on a sturdy tree root.

Tan Yinyin shook Danny's arm and said, "Brother, wait for me here for a moment, okay?"

Danny, with a gentle smile, nodded, "Sure."

Summoning her courage, Tan Yinyin kissed his cheek and then ran away.

Leaving Danny, the cat-person, stunned for a while. He finally lifted his hands to cover his eyes, and his face turned red.

Tan Yinyin ran far away. At this moment, two vampires hiding in the shadows saw that Danny was alone, so they braved the sunlight and flew out.

They knelt in front of Danny, and one of the vampires said, "Your Highness, Her Majesty has returned to the castle. It's time for you to go back."

Danny frowned slightly. He knew he should go back, but he didn't want to leave Little One. Moreover, Little One was already carrying his child, so he wanted to bring her back as well.

He wondered if she would be willing. He decided to ask her when she returned.

Just as he was about to respond to the two vampires, an unexpected guest arrived!

Fiona suddenly dashed from the sky above the forest, her expression ecstatic. She laughed heartily and said, "Oh, my dear cutie! What a coincidence to run into you. Don't you think we are especially fated?"

The cute one she referred to was, of course, Danny.

Fiona's bat wings had been easily torn off by Daisy before, and her body had suffered severe injuries. She flew for a long time and unexpectedly saw Danny, whom she had been worried about for a while!

Without paying attention to the two vampires that were weak and insignificant to her, she directly rushed towards him.

The two vampires tried desperately to protect Danny, but they were no match for Fiona's attack.

Fiona, driven by revenge, hatedfully tore one vampire's bat wings into pieces and then mercilessly crushed his heart without hesitation.
