Chapter 108 I Want

Hu'er words made them feel complicated. They felt loved and cared for but at the same time frustrated at themselves.

Hu'er did spoil them. No females will think about what their mates are thinking of and feeling at all times. Other females might think of their mates for a bit of time but they aren't as considerate as Hu'er.

Maybe they are a bit biased but they definitely feel that Hu'er is the best female. Not even their mom is this close to their mates. They aren't close with their mother either.

Shun Su and her brothers have always been thrown to their dads to be raised. Song Li on the other hand is raised by his big brothers. It's the reason why they feel that Hu'er is the perfect female.

If Xin Hua is here, maybe he is the only one who can say that her mother is the same as Hu'er. Very considerate and would make a path for them. She did help Xin Hua to make Hu'er like him in some ways.

It's just that Hu'er made him feel a certain way. He did ask his Dads if his mom, Aunt Qiao, teases them. They answered, no. It seems like Hu'er is the only female that loves to tease a beastman.

"We promise," Shun Su and Song Li looked so serious when they said that.

Hu'er nods in satisfaction, "Make sure to tell Jiu Lin, Xin Hua, and Ke Rin. Okay?"

They too nod at her, "We will."

Song Li saw her food. It might get cold so he said, "Hu'er can eat your food now. Next time we will say it immediately and not disturb you while eating food."

Chuckles, "Alright." Knowing that everything is already fixed, Hu'er ate in relish.

"We'll be going, Hu'er." Song Li looked at Shun Su and went out.

"Eat well." Hu'er just waves at them and smiles.

When they are out and the door is closed Hu'er smiled helplessly. 'I thought I already knew how to handle a relationship. It seems like I only know how to handle fake relationships. I'll improve.'

Shun Su called Ke Rin from their home to speak with them. They saw Jiu Lin on the way and called him too. They didn't know where Xin Hua was, so Shun Su, Ke Rin, and Jiu Lin waited for Xin Hua. They are sure that he will come back soon.

Song Li stayed upstairs to guard Hu'er. Xin Hua came up, accidentally not meeting up with the three.

Song Li looks at him confused. "You're here..." Xin Hua just nodded at him. "Did you see Shun Su and the rest?"

"No?" Xin Hua was puzzled why Song Li was asking him that.

"Shun Su needs to talk to you guys. I'll guard Hu'er. They might be downstairs right now," he explained.

Although Xin Hua didn't know why and what they would talk about, he just agreed and went down.

Shun Su heard someone going down. "Oh! Xin Hua!"

Xin Hua hmmed. Shun Su told them what happened earlier. His face is full of guilt. Jiu Lin is glaring at him too, he disagreed with what Shun Su and Song Li did.

"She said that?" Xin Hua muttered.

"Yes," Shun Su helplessly smiles.

"Hu'er…" Jiu Lin then sighs.

Jiu Lin didn't know what to do, he will need their Dad, Jia Ting's guidance again. He felt useless. He couldn't even think of a way to make sure this thing won't happen again.

Shun Su couldn't help but blurt out, "I feel like we don't deserve Hu'er…"

Jiu Lin glared at him and snapped. "Then who would?"

"...." They are too shocked to respond. No, they don't even know what to say.

"It's either us or someone else. It's better to just make sure that we will treat her much better than letting others do it." Jiu Lin then went off after that. He didn't like what Shun Su said.

Jiu Lin stopped before he could step outside and added, "And If I were you… Don't ever tell it Hu'er; that you don't deserve her. You have seen what happened, she will blame herself."

Shun Su immediately said, "Sorry, I won't speak recklessly anymore."

He saw Jiu Lin nod as he left. Shun Su sighed in relief. He didn't want to fight with anyone. Shun Su blames himself and even thinks that he needs rest. He needs to wind up his mind.

"We all need to make sure not to speak without thinking what Hu'er would think and feel." Xin Hua stretched his arms and went up.

"Hmm. We need to get used to centering her in our life." Ke Rin nodded and went out to go back to his work.

Song Li stood there for a while. He sighed and went toward the Tribe Leader's house. He will ask for a rest. Too much work made his brain foggy.

The next day, Hu'er opened her window. She could hear young males chattering about. Hu'er tried to eavesdrop and finally heard something that made her eyes shine.

"Daddies are back!" Hu'er beams in happiness.

She ran to the door, just in time for it to open. "Dada!" She gave him a grin.

Jiu Hu chuckles. "Missed us?" Hu'er nodded eagerly. "Do you want to see what you are waiting for?"

"Is it… what I think it is…?" Hu'er hesitatingly looks at him with hope.

Jiu Hu misses Hu'er. She has become much cuter especially when she made these expressions, "Yes, those things that made sounds."

Hu'er hopped in joy and nodded, "I want to!"

Jiu Hu laughed. "Alright, don't be too excited. They will bring it downstairs. When they have already arranged it, they will call us down. We will bring you there."

"Yes!" Hu'er pounced at her Dada and hugged him then immediately released. Went to the plain books that she made and took some other things that can be used for later.

Jiu Hu was still standing there, frozen. Then, he exhaled. His Hu'er has grown up. She would soon live with her mates. Although her house is only at their side, they don't need to guard her anymore when that time comes, making him a little sentimental.
