Chapter 20: Danger Ahead

All Bharat, Abhimanyu, Aarav and Karthik agreed with Pallavi on this matter.

So after loitering around in the village for a little bit they moved ahead and reached the Sone River which was a steady stream of water flowing in the middle of the wild terrain Bharat and his group of friends were mesmerized by looking at the beauty of the scenery by the river. The Sone River was as if Mother Nature was wearing a diamond necklace. It literally looked so beautiful. By the river there were green trees, birds chirping by the trees, Lush grass below the trees and the fish flowing in the river and the dry sand beside the river were looking just like a painting.

Bharat sighed standing on the dry sand by the river: "It looks so beautiful and calm here and I feel like I want to stay in this moment forever."

Abhimanyu says: "Yes I wish we would have brought some swimwear with us so that we could take a dip in the river also."

Aarav says: "Next time for sure we are definitely going to bring some swimwear so that we can take a bath in the river next time."

Karthik says: "Yes and then we should also bring lunch with us the next time that way we could spend more time doing this after all it is so much fun."

Pallavi says: "I agree with you guys however I don't think our parents will allow us to spend that much time in the forest or near the river since it was only for six hours I got the permission to come here and that too after promising them that this year I will bring more than Eighty percent marks in my Board Exams."

After spending about thirty minutes by the river and looking at the flowing fish, the lush grass, the greenery and taking some cool selfies they decided to head back home since they also had to reach by one pm before the lunch time as they had promised their parents.

So while returning they first reached the Rajgarh village and from the village they took the route made by the villagers from the side of the farmland after crossing the farmlands they reached the forest at their previous resting place by the mango tree. They were looking at the farmland which was at the western side since in the north it was full of farm lands and on the east there was the bushes then the forest followed by the hills and they had to go towards the south to reach home by crossing the hills. The farmers had cultivated many things on the farmland starting from tomatoes, beat, carrot, ginger, onions which the children's saw on their way however on this part of the land it was cauliflowers and it was looking great since so many cauliflowers were on display at one go on the land so Bharat and his group naturally had some curiosity to go into the farmland and see.

Previously when they were in the Rajgarh village they already asked for the permission from the villagers to go into the farmland to see however their request was denied by the villagers since they were only children and villagers did not want their hard earned cultivation to be affected in any way.

Pallavi Exclaims: "Hey Guys look there are so many cauliflowers on display it is looking so good let's go inside the farmlands and look for ourselves."

Aarav curiously said: "Yes indeed, let's go inside, I just want to have a feel of the cauliflower from close."

Bharat Said: "What you guys are saying is not right, didn't you see at the village that they do not like us visiting their farmland and they denied us? Also it is just cauliflower right so we can see them in the market."

Abhimanyu said: "Yes I agree with Bharat on this point as it is wrong to visit somebody else's property without their permission or knowledge and we can always buy and see these vegetables."

Karthik sarcastically said: "Come on guys don't be a prude as if we are going to spoil their cultivation and Buying vegetables from the market and looking at them live practically being cultivated in a farm land are two different things."

Abhimanyu said: "But Guys can't you see the sign board there? It clearly says danger ahead which is a warning to all the trespassers so we must not go ahead."

Pallavi says: "I do not see any danger up ahead. Can you guys see any danger? I think it is just to scare people they have put this sign board here and Yes we are not going to do any harm after all we will just look from a bit close that's all and it is one thing to buy a cauliflower from the market and a different thing to look at so many of them up close while cultivating and there doesn't seem to be any villagers around so nobody will come to know so stop being a coward and let's go for it."

However the children really wanted to visit this one since so many cauliflowers were on display at one time and place and there were almost no villagers to be seen nearby at this point of time. After debating among themselves for some time they decided to check this one out and Bharat and Abhimanyu also had to agree somewhat hesitatingly.

So Bharat decided to enter first and following him Abhimanyu, Karthik, Pallavi and Aarav also leaped on the four feet wooden barrier to cross over on the Cauliflower Farmland.
