Her heart didn't beat fast when he spoke.
Instead of pacing like a race car, her heart felt so warm towards his words.
As if she received more than comfort just from the four words he spoke.
As if ...she found someone she can be so much comfortable with.
A sniff, Wyen looked away from his dark brown eyes that were teary and were trembling within the amount of strength he had put to keep looking into her eyes.
A blink away as he realised how tight his grip was upon her hand, he shiveringly scooted away.
Hands in his hair, he rested his elbows on his knees.
A heavy sigh, he closed his eyes.
"I'm yours."
His hands slid down to cover his face.
No you weren't. You were never mine.
"It's Wyen."
His eyes opened upon hearing her low and soft voice.
She stared at him as Jeong Yun-o's lips slowly spread into a smile.
A chuckle broke out through their throats before he nodded, sniffing deep while the tears that were about to burst took a wave back to its hidden place - out of his eyes.
"I'm sorry."
He chuckled as she smiled.
"It's okay."
She chuckled along before he looked up.
Eyes scanning hers, he blinked and a small smile spreaded on his lips while his shoulders flexed back as if he's realising something.
Realising how beautiful her name would sound when it comes out of his mouth.
"W... Wyen it is."
He breathed out and Wyen nodded while her hair ruffled due to the strong breeze.
"Wyen it is."
Their eyes met when she said it.
She looked like a baby in his eyes when she repeated what he just said.
A blink, Jeong Yun-o immediately looked away.
His hands that clutched the edges of the sheets tightened it's fists upon.
Her pale and thin figure made him take a deep breath before he stood up.
"Are you..hungry?"
She looked up.
And a glance over the table where her phone is resting upon, Wyen hesitantly looked back at him.
A blink away, Wyen slowly began to pick the skin at the edge of her nails.
"Wyen. Wyen! wait—"
A blink, she sighed aloud.
"Are you okay?"
His sudden words made her look up and she immediately smiled, nodding her head with hesitance.
"It's just I...I need to-"
"Oh."
Her eyes averted to him and Jeong Yun-o froze where he stood.
"I'll...drop you-"
"No it's it's really okay, it's just I need to hurry up-"
Getting off the bed, Wyen blinked down at herself when the sheets slipped off her body.
One blink after another, Wyen realised that she is no longer wearing her coat.
Her skinny figure under the very turtle neck shirt she wore made her arms raise to immediately cover her boney posture but as her eyes shiveringly lowered in shame, tears immediately formed in her eyes.
The sudden vigorous trembling on her body made her hesitantly turn away from his gaze that never got off her.
About to burst into tears, Wyen froze when she felt the warmth over her shoulders.
A hesitant look towards her left shoulder, she noticed his hand.
Pulling the long coat over shoulders, he eyed her face that looked so lost.
A blink into her eyes when he felt her skin under his finger tips, Jeong Yun-o immediately looked away from her neck.
"Oh, it's so cold outside."
He immediately withdrew his hands as he spoke making her hesitantly wear it back.
Watching her slip her arms into the sleeves, Jeong Yun-o noticed her hands that came out of the sleeves holes.
A look into her eyes when she hesitantly turned her head to him, Jeong Yun-o couldn't help but smile.
"You're really not hungry?"
She looked up from her shoulder.
A blink, she pressed her lips together.
"I just...ate."
Jeong Yun-o didn't respond.
Instead, he looked at her.
Her very beautiful face.
And he could clearly say how bad that lie was when it came out of her mouth.
A dark chuckle, he had her look up into his eyes in no time.
"H..huh?"
Jeong Yun-o's hand slowly raised and her shoulders quivered in hesitance.
Taking her hair into his grip, he leaned closer.
Braiding her hair as she froze, with her eyes upon the mirror, Wyen felt her body shiver.
The sight of him behind her while she felt his fingers ever so softly braid her hair made her body warm up.
But she couldn't just accept it.
The closer he got, the more she remembered it.
A blink from her hair to the reflection of her and him, Jeong Yun-o smiled.
From her silky hair strands that were falling on either side of her face to her small eyes, Jeong Yun-o's eyes trailed down her eyes.
Her pointy and perfect nose made his lips part and the second his eyes droped on her dry yet pale red lips, his heart took a skip of its beat.
"Pretty."
She blinked and her hands clutched the long coat she wore.
Another blink, Wyen's back shiveringly felt the cold chills going down her spine.
Tears falling down her cheeks, Wyen's lips trembled when she saw him behind her.
With his hands trailing up her waist, his gaze scared her to death even though all his eyes ever held was kindness.
A small grin, he placed his head over her shoulder and her body trembled.
No.
No...No t..this can't be.
Lips trembling, Wyen felt the tears stream down her pale cheeks.
"So pretty."
"P-please don't do anything.."
His hands lift up her skirt and before she could feel his hand on her thighs, she ended up digging her nails into her wrist.
"Please, I will do anything."
She sobbed quietly as she clutched her eyes tightly close.
She shook her head when she felt his hands slid up her thighs.
"Please, Don't touch me."
He grinned wide as in satisfied with her loud sobs that echoed in the room.
"You're so pretty."
"Wyen? Wyen, wake up!"
