"All I know is yesterday she just walked out of the new diner where we were supposed to have lunch we spoke after a few hours but until then I haven't heard from her"

"Geez is everything okay your trip is tomorrow boy you think Jess might bail, either way I get paid right" Maggie looked worried Travis said he had no idea.

Maggie checked on the board of exam attendance Jess was present.

"She's in school see she wrote her exam" She pointed to the lines, and Travis took a peak.

"Did you two get into a fight or something" Travis shrugged it off, how many times does he have to explain to Maggie?

"What do you mean you don't know" Maggie asked suspiciously.

"Have I not been saying she's not returning any of my calls maybe she wants to bail on the trip I shouldn't have asked her anyway if I knew this would happen" Maggie believed her brother, she called Jess with a private number but she didn't pick up. Maggie shrugged her shoulder gesturing her phone toward them.

"She's not picking up, should we check her at her place or do what I have to pass this to her if she's not going to Turks and Caicos"

"I don't think that's a good idea" Chris interjected.

"Why not" Maggie asked desperately, Travis was quiet and seemed like he was interested as well.

"She doesn't want to see you, look" Chris pointed at the attendant board and then back at them.

"She's done with you Travis just claim your sanity and go home, I know what happened to me trying to fix things with Cairo and I promise you it will be humiliating,  mine was terrible because it was in front of her mom's entire cast crew and that bloody hater best friend of hers" Chris shared some limelight based on how Jess was avoiding them, it makes sense as well.

"Well that sounds horrible, She's assisting me to prepare the ball in one week" Maggie threw another reason why she had to visit Jess. Travis offers to drive.

"You guys think this is a good idea nothing comes out from chafing someone who is avoiding you" Chris reminded them but they got into the car instead.

"Then fine," Chris said again.

Jess hurrying from the hall after finishing her exam this morning skipped breakfast in other not to explain to her mom and sister why she made the narrative that she broke up with Travis.

She knew Mary had questions and she was ready to tell her why, is not like if Princess charged her for her crimes Travis wouldn't bat an eye, wondering all day about how he was going to react or feel if she told him, then what about spurs, mary and the rest of the family so yes mary will agree with her on this.

She took out her keys and inserted them into the keyhole when she saw a shadow hovering over her, out of fear she screamed and dropped the key on the floor. Then she realised it was a woman who was dressed in a hoodie with gloves.

"What the fuck" she cussed picking the key up.

"I haven't heard from you for more than 24 hours. I'm worried" Princess said.

"Seriously princess you shouldn't be here" Jess said picking up her keys and feeling a little relieved.
