Somatic Zombie & A Thirst To Toy

A few moments before Felix collapsed and right after the High Orc died, the Warrior Orc, the only one spectating this battle inside of fighting like the others... trembled.

He gwaked at Felix's horrifying sillouthe... with four large holes in his chest and abdomen... and his head split in two... he was standing tall! And broad.

His power so powerful that even his own weapon shattered under its prescene.

"It's him! It's him!!" His feet receded backwards, his eyes fixated on Felix, "The one who shall destroy this world! The one who shall cripple this world!!" His voice quivered, "The divined... destroyer!!!"

His body turned light and his vision spun, without even knowing it, he started to run away, fear etched on his face, and with everything he had left, he screamed out in terror, "HIS HIGHNESS HAS FALLEN!!!"

With a thud Felix's body collapsed to the ground.

And still, the black aura grew more and more and thrashed around at the mud.

Felix could swear it was talking... it was screaming. As if it was loathing Felix, as if it was mocking the world! As if it was asking Felix if this was everything he had to show.

It was... ridiculing Felix's meager power!

But suddenly, as he resigned to fate, a bunch of notifications suddenly started to flash past his eyes.

[Forcefully ejecting host from Overlord skill. Overlord skill deactivated.]

[You have sustained deathly injuries! Please devour flesh to recover.]

[Congratulations! You have killed a strong Queen Boar, you have received 450 EXP! You have levelled up!]

As more and more cracking sounds erupted in his ears, reminding him of fireworks, abruptly, a motherly warmth coated him in its embrace.

And the black, tentacles like aura, forcefully started to withdraw inside him.

Bit by bit, the trembling of his body stopped. And the visage of a broken orb connecting together formed in his mind.

It lasted for a small while and then, coupled by a newfound strength, a notification flashed in front of him.

[Congratulations! You have evolved into a Somatic Zombie!]

[All stats increased by 5!]

[You have received skill, Flesh Manipulation.]

Felix, having no sense of touch, suddenly felt his loose flesh squeeze tight. And felt the cool sensation of the mud grace him for the first time.

'What just... happened?' Felix's eyes fluttered.

[Host has been dragged out from the edges of death, but host's injuries are grave. Please devour flesh to recover.]

Felix dumbly tried pushing himself up, but realised he couldn't due to his snapped spine.

His eyes fell atop the severed corpse of the King and a cackle suddenly burst loose from his lips, 'WHERE'S YOUR HAUGHTINESS NOW? DO YOU DARE TO OFFEND ME NOW??'

Slamming his hands in the mud, he pushed himself closer to the corpse and with a wide grin, he tore off some flesh from his body and directly shoved it into his throat.

[You have devoured low quality flesh. Your injuries have started to recover.]

[Origin trace failed.]

As Felix continued to gobble him down, his snapped spine got replaced by flesh and his back straightened.

And little by little, the holes in his body started to fill up.

After he cleaned him up, his head had reattached. And two of the holes had completely filled and the other two were partially filled.

Realising there was no more flesh for him to eat, he slowly got up to his feet and gazed at the distant sky.

[Please devour more flesh to completly recover.]

Felix frowned and looked down, indeed, he still had two small holes. He grinned and started heading toward the Boar Queen.

On his way, his eyes fell atop the Warriors Orcs, the despondent Orcs had collapsed all resistance and goggled him as he strode around.

Only a few were returning a punch or two while trembling as Felix's eyes passed them.

Felix's lips couldn't help but curl, "GAGAGAGAGAGAGA!"

'I AM POWER! I AM THE MOST POWER HERE!!' Arrogance built up in his chest as he tore off one of the legs of the Queen and started munching down on it, while dragging the rest of the corpse along with its foot.

As he munched down the leg-piece, he realized that his army had mostly been already destroyed.

In fact, he only had two Zombie Orcs survivor and the poor Seth who couldn't even participate.

His mood instantly soured, he dragged the Queen's body over and hurled it forward.

"GRRRRRR!" His eyes turned dark as he leaped toward the Warriors and started butchering them like helpless ducks.

In mere moments, majorly due to the Warriors not even resisting, he massacred them all and let loose an exulant roar.

And... fell clueless, not knowing what he should do next.

[There's still a third sector... you can go and clean that up too.]

Felix's eyes brightened instantly and he nodded his head.

And followed by the two Orcs, and the Seth whom Felix's gift, the Queen Boar, had reached successfully, started marching over the third sector.

But, despite the place being rather luxurious in Orc's standard, it was empty!

Why? Because the High Orc had dragged over all the Warriors with him in his annoyance.

The only place Felix could sense life from was the quarters of the High Orc.

So he leisurely charged inside by slamming the door wide.

"GRRRR!"

The twenty or so Orcuses instantly screamed and cowered to a corner, screaming while pointing toward the two Orcs behind Felix.

"W-WHAT ARE YOU DOING? GET OUT! HIGH HIGHNESS WILL HAVE YOU FOR DINNER!!"

But suddenly, their voices died down, "But where is his Highness? Didn't he go out to handle some intruders? Then... what are these two... creatures doing here?" They eyed Felix and Seth in bewilderment.

One of them instantly screamed in terror, "Zo-ZOMBIES! THEY ARE ALL ZOMBIES!"

Felix, seeing so much power in front of him, grinned and rushed ahead, his hand jumped toward the one kneeling in a strange position, the position she had honed to settle His Highness above her, and tore off her neck.

A shower of blood showered out of her neck, causing some of the Orcuses to instantly feint and the rest to scream aloud.

"Y-YOUR ESTEEMED PRINCE! PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!" The Orcuses, not knowing the F of fighting, turned their hopeful eyes toward the High Orc Cub cowering behind them all.

He was already stunned the instant he spotted Felix, but now that he was dragged to the center of attention, he yelped and cowered against the wall.

Seeing the fear flashing in his eyes and his small trembling body and shivering head.

Something ignited in Felix's heart, he instantly lost interest in the Orcuses and motioned toward the three behind him to take over.

While he, smiling broadly, strutted over.

'So helpless...' Felix's smile turned chilly, 'I want to... toy with him!'

A chuckle escaped his lips. And above his benevolent smile... evil flickered in his eyes.
