After taking shower Avon And arcadius told the girls that they had finished from the river

The girls start working on set the camp ready Avon took his sword And went for a stroll around the forest

Arcadius set beside the fire warming his hand and reading books about "political diplomacy"

Sara , Minerva And vernara went to the river they start taking their clothes off

As Minerva went full naked vernara and Sara looked at her body in shock they felt sad for her

Her body was full of cuts and wounds they decided its better not to talk about this subject anytime soon

They went to the river and start chatting

Sara : [ todays weather is amazing never felt this much freedom for a long time ]

Vernara : [ right ?? It feels like ages ago since we took a real shower ]

Sara : [ how about you Minerva ?? do you feel this weather ?? ]

Minerva : [ n-not really ... ]

Sara : [ how so ?? ]

Minerva : [ I don't have this feeling like you do ... The feeling of freedom I mean , even tho I have wings in my back calling them anytime going off on the sky between the clouds ... I don't feel like I am free .. At all , I believe this feeling got robbed from me long time ago ...]

A beautiful flowers was falling off carried by the wings from afar

Minerva held one if them in her hands

Sara : [ sure ]

Minerva : [ when the day comes and you see me lose control over myself please ... End my life ...]

Sara : [ what ? ]

Vernara : [ wait what do you mean losing control ? , are you ..... ]

Minerva puts the flower gently on the water surface

Vernara : [ how Can you tell ?? Even I find that hard ]

Minerva : [ it doesn't take geniuse to figure that out , seeing how Avon is right now I believe if you asked him to conquer a city instead he will take the world and serve it to you in a sliver plate ]

Feeding the horses , going on a stroll around the village , working on the flower shop , I even remember the final moments of that day the Final laugh ... The Final delicious food we ate at my aunt house it used to be in the corner of the village beside the green forest , these were a beautiful memories I even remember my mother face evertime I used to Come back from work .. ]

Sara : [ your mother .... Her name .. Was Helen right ? ]

Minerva : [ that is correct , and she was beautiful , always beautiful her light smooth skin her beautiful red eyes ... ]

Sara in her thought { at least she remember her mother ... Wait did she say red eye ?? }

Sara and vernara were shocked when they heard red eyes they start looking at each other with confusing but they didn't interfere ...

But the final days she start going out at night often and staying out the entire night ... I winder what's got it her ]

Vernara saw her trying to wash her back ...

Sara : [ how long since that happen ??? I mean the very final day when you used to be human ?? ]

Minerva : [ 6300 years ago ... I still remember it like it was tomorrow ... ]

Vernara : [ I bet its a beautiful place to live ... ]

Minerva : [ it used to be ... You all would've loved it there ... Not sure if that place is exist anymore ... ]

Sara : [ where was that place ? ]

Minerva : [ not far from the avalon kingdom it was a place with weird mountains all monsters and nonhuman fear to go there especially between the mountains not sure why as if there is something there goes against them more like hunting them but not humans they never attacked human .... the place was massive a huge landscape 2 mountain and a path in middle you go through that oath another massive landscape in the end of it 3 mountains and 2 only path you go through it there is small landscape and in the end of it there is 4 mountain and 3 paths there used to be our old village protected and peaceful that place has everything to survive water , food , trees , herbs everything ... ]

Vernara : [ that seems ... Beautiful ... ]

Vernara in her thought { and weird too }

Sara in her thought { a creature who only attack non human creatures avon would love to hear this }

Minerva : [ thank you .... Your hands is soft ... ]

Vernara : [ just like your hair beautiful ... ]

Sara : [ yes sure you both are beautiful let's hurry up and finish the weather is getting cold you know ... ]

The weather is getting cold And its getting dark

As the clouds start immerge and heavy winds blows the leaves from the tree

Vernara : [ alright then the weather is getting cold let's head back to the camp shall we ]

They all agreed And they left the river to the camp as soon as possible before they catch a cold

When they reached there Avon was sitting on log while he was putting fishes on stick and putting them beside the fire

He saw them and wave at them

The food smells delicious ...

Sara smelled it And without thinking she ran to Avon to see what he is cooking

Avon : [ I see your quite energetic this evening I believe the shower is taking its effect faster then i thought ]

Sara : [ yeah the water was warm for sometime but it was getting cold so we got to hurry and get out as soon as possible before we take cold , anyway what's your cooking ? ]

Avon : [ ah I see your hungry as well Do not worry the fish will be ready soon if I may ask you can you prepare the tea for us ... ]

Sara : [ yeah gladly .. , hey girls come over here and help me making the tea ]

Vernara whispering : [ it doesn't take 3 to make tea you know ... ]

Sara shouting from afar : [ ... are you coming ?? ]

Vernara : [ Yes ... Yes we're coming .... My god come Minerva let's go ]

Minerva : [ y-yeah sure .. ]

They go to prepare some tea

Meanwhile Arcadius scouting the further road as he can see what is resemblance as village ..

And some camps near by it was dark but he can see clear as the day

And he decided to go further to the camps in his way he noticed a road sign

The way he is going is called the Royal village

On the right path its called kingdom of Avalon

On the left it says kingdom of cardareia

And matters was written in red it says ... { all hopes were lost ... } the rest can't be read

He went further to the royal village to the camps nearby

He got close and close .... He can't see anybody there ...

But when he got close enough to view the camp ... The camp was filled with blood and body's .... All the body's were skeletons so what happened here happened long time ago

He knew these were the knights who used to protect the village

There was multiple camps all around the village belong to all kingdoms and empire who have attendance or relatives inside the village to protect them all

And this one used to belong to the sundevia empire

He counted 30 dead human body

They still wear their armor and still wielding their sword

He counted 40 to 60 unknown creature and its certain they are not humans ...

Most of them had wings and different shape too

Arcadius : [ they stood their line and never retreated ... Fought till the very end knowing they will die ... Thanks to you we are alive ... Rest well *he held one of the helmet * ]

He held the helmet and put him on his chest as a sign of respect

He looked around and only death he saw

He stood up and walked to the destroyed gate and looked through it ...

Without knowing it he start tearing up he wanted to go ... He wanted to see something precious to him .. He tried to go ...

But didnt ... He stopped himself and turned back and walked to the camp ..

Arcadius : [ everything has its moments tomorrow .... ]

In the camp ...

The fish was almost ready , the tea as well

Avon : [ OK ... Dinners ready ]

Sara came to pick up the fish and put it on silver plate they took from the Convoy

Vernara kept bragging about her tea being the best and Minerva was totally buying it ...

Vernara : [ alright then dear .... Behold the royal maiden tea ... ]

Minerva in confusion : [ the royal ....m-maiden ... Tea ??? ]

Vernara : [ yes ... The royal maiden tea ... I just came up with the name .. ]

Minerva : [ oh ... Is that .. So ... ]

Vernara : [ yes , and it tasty ... My mother teached me this recipe when I was younger ]

Minerva : [ ohhh really now I am more interested in this ]

The tea is ready

Vernara : [ alright its ready ... Let's go and eat ... Wait you do .. Eat ... Right ?? ]

Minerva : [ yes ... Its been too long since I ate fish , I am so excited !!!]

Vernara : [ oh I am happy to hear that ... Let's go ]

Sara was putting the fish on the plates and Avon was helping her while vernara and Minerva brought the tea ...

They set around the camp and started to eat

Avon : [ we should wait arcadius its rude to eat without him you know ... ]

Sara : [ yeah but .... *chup* we ... We kinda very hungry here ... ]

Vernara : [ agreed ... *chup* man this fish is awesome where did you get it ??!! ]

Avon : [ from the river while taking shower , whatever did you forget your manner?? ]

Sara : [ n-no but *chup* we do have ..... 'whisper' Mmmm this fish pretty good .... We do have plenty of them he can eat anytime ... ]

Vernara : [ and we are soo darn hungry .... *chup* mmmmmm]

Minerva : [ I-I agree with them .... This fish is good ]

Avon : [ you too Minerva ..... Alright fine whatever you say ladies ]

And after a while arcadius returned with bag in his back

Avon saw him first and noticed he is holding something

Sara and the other girls were chatting on the campfire

Avon looked at them and didnt want to disturb them so he rush to arcadius and noticed his mood was down as he was upset or something ..

Avon : [ what happened you seem upset ?? And why did it take long to explore ?? ]

Arcadius : [ I went to further on road and all I saw is death ... ]

Avon : [ did you find anything ?? ]

Arcadius : [ yes ..... I did ]

He gave him the bag

Avon took the bag while looking at him

He opened the bag and saw helmet that used to belong to the solders of Sundevia empire ...

He held the helmet to his chest and said : [ Rest well ... You have done your duty rest in the eternal champer ... of champions ]

Avon :[ is it far ?? ]

Arcadius : [ no , its close .... Too close ]

Avon : [ good ... Good ]

He turned around into the river And walked there

When he reached to the shore he listened to the water as it is calm and beautiful And peaceful ....

He put the helmet gently in the river and moved it , the helmet was moving into the river

Avon kept looking at it as it was moving away and then he draw his sword and put it in his chest while the blade pointing up

Arcadius in the back did the same

Avon in his mind { one day humanity will be able to stand their ground without needing to beg for food or shelter ... One day humans will reclaim their rightful place in this world and shall make them all nonhumans pay for what they have done to us in the past centuries of blood path .. One day humans will live free and peace .. That is my promise to you all }

Arcadius stood behind and did what Avon did without interrupting

Arcadius : [ I am going to the camp I shall tell them to prepare for tomorrow ]

Avon : [ yes ... Tomorrow will be a painful day for sure , a long day too ]

Arcadius left to the camp and told the girls to prepare their stuff

Avon to himself :{ my dear sister .... My dear mother ... I never and shall be ever forget you ... I will avenge you I will avenge all of them even if the world and the heavens turned against me ... }

It was late and the group covered most of the camp so they went to sleep

In the next morning sara woke up and looked around ...

She saw Avon standing ready ... Prepared

Sara : [ I see you packed the rest of the camp .... Are you ... Nervous ?? ]

Avon : [ about what ?? ]

Sara : [ don't act like you don't even know ... You are nervous are you ]

Avon : [ not even the slightest .... After all this is our home ... The air , the smell , the view ... Its been too long since I felt something like this ... ]

Sara And Avon : [ Freedom ... ]

The looked at each other and Avon smiled to her and pat her head

Avon : [ get ready its gonna be long day ... ]

Sara : [ I'm sure it will .... , and I'm sure everything is gonna be fine ... ]

She goes to pick her stuff and clean her face in the river

Arcadius And vernara woke up

Minerva was in the tree , sleeping like a bat

Avon was watching as he was also amazed

She touched the top of the ground on top of her toes as gentle as she is

Avon and arcadius were impressed

While Avon and arcadius talking she continue to stretch up her wings

Arcadius : [ very impressive indeed .. Hey Avon a word dear say ... should we really eliminate all them they seem cute I mean look at her ]

Avon : [ she is an exception , a human stuck inside a monster ... We might find others like her so keep your eyes up ]

They turned around and she was eating an apple

When Avon got back to the camp everyone was ready to move up only Minerva was still in the river

Avon goes to check on her and be saw that she was catching the fish on impressive way

She flies up like bird and goes Down hard into the river like eagle splashing all the water around

after moments she walked up to the shore holding fishnet full of fishes

Minerva : [ its for later journey ]

Avon felt off about her but didnt assume anything so he smiled and walked back with Minerva and the fishes

They go down to the road and when they reached it they smelled something bad in another word disgusting

The smell was like something is dead

As the road was full of ruins and destroyed carts alongside body's of different size and type

They followed the path and every step they walk the more they see of the destruction that was left behind

Destroyed building , dry blood lots of blood , body's left And right all types animals , humans , other unidentified creatures

Avon : [ are you sure this is the path ?? ]

Arcadius : [ pretty sure a little up head and we will reach the gates ]

They kept walking the note they walk the more they see

After while of walking they finally were able to see the walls from a far

The surrounding area looked terrifying even after so many years the destruction is still remaining

A huge field filled with body's wearing armor , giant creatures , other massive war machines

In the stone wall there was a huge path through the walls

They could see the camps of the kingdoms and empire who put them there to protect the village

Yet there were no gate to be seen

Vernara : [ so ... Where is the gate ?? ]

Arcadius : [ you are looking at it ... ]

Sara : [ thats impossible .... ]

Arcadius : [ it seems impossible but thats the truth these are the western gate of vermile royal village ... Or what left of it anyway ]

Avon looked at Minerva as he noticed she has no expression she was Normal seeing all this

he can see her eyes glowing a little bit as if she excited or happy

He didn't quietened or assumed but he kept his guard up all the time

The continue to walk through the battlefield

As they were walking Avon stood side and watched a dead man in full plate armor from head to toe on his knee holding the spear up

A spear penetrate through the knight body as the other spear he was holding penetrate through a huge armor

The skeleton leftover was on the ground but the knight spear kept the armor of the creature who used to wear it

Avon : [ brave men ..stood their ground and fought like there is no tomorrow , they fought in the middle of the end knowing there is no victory , this sacrifice must never been forgotten ]

Sara looked at the sky above the village as she was amazed and terrified

As there was a huge hole like shattered glass In the sky above the village while the real sky can be seen behind it

Sara : [ w-what is that ??? ]

Vernara : [ its the same as I once saw it that day ]

Arcadius : [ how can I ever forget about this ]

Avon : [ this ladies and gentlemen is the gate of saccuba leading directly at the nations of the succubus and the Incubus ]

Sara : [ its not red anymore and I can almost see the real sky behind it ]

Arcadius : [ the gate were closed not too long ago imagine how many of them got through the lat gate before it was closed ]

Vernara : [ how do they open it up ?? Don't tell Me some kind if cursed magic ?? ]

Avon : [ I'm not sure .... There's still a lot for us to learn. ]

Arcadius : [ alright people let's keep going its already noon so we got proximity 6 hours to explore ]

Vernara : [ let's make this worth the trouble we go through ]

They walked towards the village before they reached the gate Avon dropped his bag

Sara : [ why did you drop That ?? ]

Avon : [ it is no use to me anymore ]

Minerva : [ There's plenty of valuable stuff you can pick are you sure you won't grab something for your journey? ]

Avon looked at her

Avon : [ we are no scavenger ... We are nobles and we will remain one till the very end ]

Minerva seems not impressed nor interested

Avon start to have his own doubts on her

The other heard her and they were quite surprised from the way she speaking

Arcadius : [ we better get moving ]

Arcadius drops his bag ...

Sara and vernara follow

They entered the village through the massive path in the wall ...

The first thing they saw was skeleton heads on spikes hundreds of them ,

Heads of the innocent those who never held a weapon

While they were walking they noticed on the roof body's on dress hanged up

The more they walk the more they witnessed ....

A building collapse in distance can be heard

They reached to the village center ... It was the bloodiest of all places ...

The blood remains still on the wall as mountains of corpses were there

They stood there looking ...

Vernara voice cracking : [ h-home ..... Our sweet .... home "sob" ]

Arcadius : [ used to be ...., It used to be our home , now its a graveyard ]

Avon : [ our dear leaders wanted to make peace with the non humans , for generation they were slaughtering us and they thought peace is the only option to end this blood path , well i belive they were wrong ]

Arcadius : [ too wrong in fact ]

Vernara : [ they attacked this village because it has the key ... ]

Looked at him

Minerva : [ what key ?? ]

Sara : [ a key to defeat the nonhumans the Demons , avenging all the generation of the blood path they created And reclaim this world , as it should be ... ]

Avon : [ how do you know that ? ]

Sara : [ Helen teached us .. "Smirks" ]

Avon : [ h-how dare you ..... BTW where were we when Helen teached you that .. ]

Vernara : [ you and arcadius were sleeping like children you are ]

Arcadius : [ hey now thats not fair I was hungry..... I-I mean sleepy that's all ... "Whispers to Avon " hey say something ]

Avon whispers : [ what do you want me to say they are saying the truth , I don't know what were you doing but I was sleeping ]

Arcadius : [ God damn it ... I hate this ]

Vernara and Sara were laughing

Minerva : [ this doesn't make sense ... ]

Sara : [ human kind is feared by all the non humans, either they were magic users or non , humans will always find a way to eliminate them ... did it once we damn sure will do it again it was a mistake from our grandfathers that we will not repeat ]

Sara : [ our home is on that hill where's yours ? ]

Vernara : [ near the old temple north east ]

Avon : [ then let's split up do your things and regroup here in the center ... ]

Vernara : [ then ?? ]

Avon : [ till then we will see ... ]

They split up to each way vernara and arcadius together

Meanwhile Minerva was looking around as she also start exploring the village on her own

Vernara : [ sure its not like I'm gonna tell the guards or anything so go ahead ]

Arcadius : [ that day .... How many close one did you lose ? ]

Vernara looked at ground and start looking at the dead body's

She stopped at one of the stores who still has toys inside as if nothing really changed

She opened the door and got inside looking around arcadius followed her

Vernara : [ I don't know what happened to mother I will find her even if she is now a skeleton I will know how she looks like as go my brothers ... They ... They .. ]

Arcadius : [ still inside your home ... I know .. What's special with this store ?? You used to come here ?? ]

They reached the eastern gate it was surprisingly in good shape it was wide open but a cart stuck on the middle

They tried to push it over but something was behind it stopping it

She looked closely and she saw ... A path leading inside

They walked slowly towards the tower

The reached the tower and they heard the cracking of the walls as something is about to break

They walked through it and got to the other side safely

Avon got curious to see what made the cart stuck in the wall

He go there to take a look and he saw mountains of dead people there behind the cart

They tried to escape but the cart got stuck or maybe something made it stuck there to keep the people in

The houses were heavily damaged

And they saw they finally saw it after 20+ years

Their house standing as if nothing has changed as if they left yesterday

They walked slowly toward the house every step up there they kept seeing things from the past

Screams and laughs they heard , red sky they saw

Sara : [ its either I am seeing things or I finally did go Crazy not sure whish one ]

Avon : [ its the same image .. From when I touched the wall ... Past ... Laughs .. Screams ... Swords slashing together .. its like this place is stuck in time loop ... Never moved forward from that day ... ]

The kept walking towards the hill every step they kept seeing things from other perspective ... The people ... Who died here .... Their souls never left this place

They finally reached it ... The gate of their home ... Completely destroyed ...
