When the commander had escaped from the Middle of the battlefield and joined his men who had been fighting behind, he had thought that the Samurai warriors would have continued to give chase and refused to let him or his team catch a breather or even formulate a plan of action for their current predicament. However, contrary to his expectations, not only did the Samurai warriors not chase him, but they split up suddenly after carefully scrutinizing him for awhile without moving. Then as he watched the Samurais splitting up in the middle, the Commander saw someone strolling lazily towards him without any trace of fear or hurriedness in his demeanor.
