King Francis shouted in a rage that blinded his fear as he dashed straight at the newcomer who was still shrouded partially in darkness with his greatsword raised high over his head. As he moved, all his equipment glowed with a golden divine light that lighted his path and also gave his surrounding a divine feel Instead of the dark, depressing and rotten feeling the newcomer's darkness gave.
But still, even with his boost in physique, King Francis did not think for a second that his attack would succeed. It was just too plain and straightforward, and anybody at all, regardless of their training would be able to dodge it. Talk less of such a powerful and fast creature like what the king was facing.
