As expected most of his bloodline and unique abilities are sealed except fo those that don't use mana

But he was suprised to discover an ultimate ability since he was sure he didn't have it before he quickly read the description and was stunned

The stats required to rank up grows according to one's race and with the fact that each rank up doubles your stats the gap between races widens the stronger they get

If a goblin has [Endless Potential] he will be able to compete with superior race in terms stats gained in each rank

But since Dracula is part of a supreme race he will be comparable to singularities
