"You are missing out on 1 weeks' worth of paperwork." She said calmly, making Sora's face pale while looking at the stack of paper in front of him. Kanan smiled as she gave Sora a feather pan, to write with

"Sigh," Sora asked softly as he took the first paper and went over it, when he did help, he asked for Kanan to help him do his work. the whole night went by with Sora and Kanan going through the paperwork, Sora, of course, made some changes.

To help with improving the citizen's overall strength, he lowered the taxes the poor needed to pay and raised the taxes the rich needed to pay. this will of course cause many powers within the city to be outraged, but Sora didn't increase the taxes so much that it would make them want to kill him

those organizations also had to pay higher rates; Sora also placed new rules so these organizations don't go around suppressing those commoners who couldn't gain enough resources to rank up. Sora began doing something called a stimulus check.

every month, he will give every household who signs up for a stimulus check 20 copper grade mana crystals. this will help those in need of mana crystals and would help them improve their strength. every 12 months, every hose hold would have to pay back every mana crystal given, plus some extra

Sora did this to help those struggling. those with talent will raise and those who are lazy will not be able to pay back the mana crystals and be thrown into prison and have everything they have taken by Sora.

Sora also began having Cadence have top-level supervision placed on them, Sora wanted them to become gold rank experts. They were given a higher range of skills and were given the chance to enter many dungeons with a silver rank expert guarding them.

"So many unique ideas," Kanan said softly as she picked up the papers while looking at Sora who was half asleep while holding his hand.

"You could have just written it down for me to help," Sora said with a deep frown while looking at Kanan, Kanan rolled her eyes, before leaving to begin putting Sora's wishes into motion. Sora stood and went towards his bed, but froze when he saw the sun was coming up

"I guess I should go meet with Fugaku," Sora said softly as he went to go meet with Fugaku, he first made a small list of all the dungeons he had cleared

"So, anything new you learned about this world?" Sora asked calmly with crossed arms while lining against Fugaku's door. Fugaku nodded slightly while sitting on his bed

"This world is much more complex than my world which only has a few hundred years of history. but it's nothing too hard for me to get used to." Fugaku said calmly, to which Sora nodded slightly before he gave Fugaku the paper

"Begin clearing dungeons todays today, this is a list of all the dungeons I have cleared. so don't bother with them. focus on the remaining copper grade dungeons, and the iron rank dungeons. although I'm not sure if you are capable of defeating an iron rank dungeon monster. it's best you go with a group of people, and kill the dungeon monster so it could appear within the system training ground." Sora said calmly to which Fugaku nodded slightly

Iron rank dungeon bosses had a silver rank boss monster, these boss monsters are much stronger than humans of the same rank. Sora didn't believe Fugaku who was at the peak iron rank could stand against the boss monster. Sure, Fugaku had a peak silver rank. but boss monsters at low silver rank would give them the power to fight those humans of a higher stage. some boss monsters had low silver rank had power allowing them to face humans at the peak of silver rank.

Fugaku could clear those low-grade iron rank dungeons. these low-grade dungeons would only have low silver rank bosses. those dungeons which have low silver rank dungeon monsters would only be found in places like the capital

Fugaku could clear many low-grade dungeons within the city, but there was only 4 low-grade iron dungeon, 2 mid-grade iron rank dungeon, and 1 high-grade iron rank dungeon.

currently, Sora had cleared 12 out of the 15 copper rank dungeons, Sora had 1 remaining red summoning ticket. Sora just needed Fugaku to clear the remaining copper rank dungeons, the 4 low-grade iron rank dungeons, and the 2-med grade iron rank dungeons to be able to do another 10x summon.

after Fugaku left, Sora went to go to bed. Fugaku traveled across the city, he had made 2 clones which went to clear the other 2 dungeons, while she went to clear the last remaining copper rank dungeon.

about 10 minutes later, Fugaku and his clones had cleared the dungeon. after Fugaku clones complete their missions, they disperse as the chakra they had remaining, and all the information they had gained entered Fugaku.

Fugaku went on to purely enter the low iron rank dungeon, upon stepping into the world, he saw he had appeared in a blizzard-like world. Fugaku's body shook from the cold, but he used ki instead of chakra to suppress the cold while moving around the place.

a sword appeared in his hands as he swung forward, cutting a snow monster, but the snow monster reformed from the snow. Fugaku frowned slightly as he held his palm out, and shot a ki blast at the snow monster.

the snow monster was destroyed, making it unable to reform any longer. but more and more snow monsters began to appear, Fugaku frowned as the way to only kill these monsters were complete destruction of the body. these snow monster's strength ranged from copper rank to peak iron rank, of course, the stronger snow monsters were rarer

Chakra gathered into Fugaku's sword, and with some hand seals, the chakra transformed into flames which covered the sword. Fugaku flashed as he began to kill every snow monster which headed his way, he had to be quick before he ran out of chakra,

the flames on the sword got hotter, so hot that no snow monsters could come near him. the snow around Fugaku metaled as if it was normal snow, Fugaku headed towards the place where he sensed the most powerful amount of energy

"Roar," A huge roar sounded as a huge yeti appeared before Fugaku. Fugaku closed his eyes before they shot wide up as he looked into the yeti eyes, he active the sharingan, and with the yeti looked into his red eyes, the yeti froze before his head was sent flying with a swing of Fugaku's sword. even though the Yeti was a low silver rank monster, its strength was nothing compared to Fugaku's abilities.

Fugaku looked at the silver rank mana crystals which were dropped by the yeti before going over to collect them, as for the snow monsters which remained, he created a clone to deal with them. about hours later, the gate reappeared. there were more than 10,000 monsters within this dungeon, Fugaku had to take breaks from time to time while also fighting the cold.

Fugaku went on to leave the dungeon when all monsters were killed, after leaving the dungeon she went on to leave the other low-grade dungeons. hours later, Fugaku had cleared all the low-grade dungeon monsters, his next targets were the mid-grade dungeons.

he was not sure he could clear a mid-grade dungeon; he could kill the dungeon monsters; the only problems were the minions. so, he teamed up with some group that was looking for teammates, a team of 300 Iron rank experts entered the dungeon, they were of course happy that Fugaku wanted to join and didn't want any drops.

Fugaku on the outside had peak Iron rank cultivations, so why would no one not what him to join?

the dungeon they entered was known as the blazing dungeon, upon entering they appeared in a world where everything was on fire. the trees were on fire, the rivers were lava, and there were 4 volcans within this world.

Many flames or lava type monsters began to form, even the trees which were on fire came to life as they moved and headed towards them, the rocks, and many other stuff all began moving, growing faces, letting out cries before heading towards them

Fugaku stepped forward as before any of the 100 members of iron rank experts could move, he killed the monsters which had appeared, this was to add each monster to the system, the more different types of monsters which were added, the more ways that a person can train and raise their strength

"you're so strong." the group of experts was all stunned at Fugaku's strength, they matched in shock as Fugaku returned to their group

"I'm capable of dealing with the boss of the dungeon on my own, I simply wish to test my strength. the minions will only get in my way," Fugaku said calmly, as everyone nodded in understanding, Fugaku then stayed in the back while moving from time to time to kill the monster

there were over 50,000 dungeon monsters within this med grade dungeon, with each new region they went to, more dungeon monsters they would run into. on top of that the volcano gave birth to more dungeon monsters every 6 hours or so, there was a low silver rank monster within each volcano they had to kill to stop the birth of new dungeon monster.

normally a group of a hundred experts will need about 5 hours to clear. 100 experts will each take clear of one dungeon, before all coming together to finish the dungeon boss which would be in the last volcano, the biggest volcano in this world

but the speed was cut down to only 4 hours thanks to Fugaku helping out, and when the time came for Fugaku to finish the boss, he did not disappoint as finished the huge lava monster in a few minutes.

Fugaku made a deal with all of them to clear a new dungeon with them tomorrow before leaving and returning to the palace as it was getting late. upon returning, he saw that Sora had already awakened and was in a meeting with those huge powers within the city who were not too happy about the changes Sora made

"Young prince, please reconsider the new laws." an old man said with a kind smile, along with him were many silver rank who were leaders of their own forces.

"Sigh, so you all woke me up for this crap? if you are displeased with my orders, then pack up your stuff and leave the city. I will not care at all, keep yapping and I will clean this while city from top to bottom." Sora said calmly after getting a report that Fugaku has returned

"Know your place, this is my playground, and you are all the ants which I can kill as I wish. you are just ants trapped in the middle of a game which we the royal family are playing for the crown." Sora said calmly as he stood up before smiling

"Question my actions again, or do anything to stand in my way, I will have everything you stand for crumble overnight. unlike my brothers and sisters, I didn't clean up this city when I arrived. don't make me start having thoughts, I'm nice enough to have you all keep your powers. enjoy it." Sora said with a smile, which made everyone's face pale slightly while looking at him.

they all thought his cripple prince was someone who would be easy to push or control if they all got together, he was foolish enough to allow all the powers within the city to act freely. the other princes and princesses were smart enough to either draw the powers in their city into their forces, through underhand means or some other ways

Sora left the meeting room, while those leaders of the huge organizations within this city left with dark faces, but then again what could they do?

"Kanan, law enforcement... those who are responsible to enforce the law, clean them up slowly. those dirty officers, kill them and those who they have connections with." Sora said calmly, to which Kanan nodded as she passed down the order to the silver rank experts

Sora frowned seeing she was following him, that order was for her to personally do she he could be alone with Fugaku. sigh, why must she be so dedicated to her job? can't she just half-ass it?

"Also, can you come up with new laws to make it so it holder for stuff like tax fraud to occur. I also want every case of a missing person within this city in the last 6 months. I also want to pick talents, arrange a tournament or something of the kind which will allow me to pick people to join Cadence group." Sora said calmly, Kanan frowned at this order as it was best suited for her to complete

"y-yes." She said softly as he was hesitating on letting Sora be around Fugaku without any protection,

"And stop worrying about me, mother gave me new and more powerful items. this necklace reflects all silver rank and below attacks at the person who attacks with double the power. this ring boosts the healing capability, energy, and health to the point I only need a few minutes of sleep to be ready for the day. with both items, I can release a powerful energy blast that is capable of even killing low gold rank experts. the best part is that it has gold rank level of energy, so even after days it will not run out on energy will being used nonstop." Sora said with a smile, stunning Kanan at how far the queen went for Sora

Making items this powerful and making them remain in the silver rank was much harder than just making a gold rank item. the amount of time and work the queen put into this could see by how powerful these items were.

Kanan nodded as she turned and left, while Sora went to go meet with Fugaku who was waiting for him,

"Good work, with this, although I still can't improve you, I can believe improving the C rank and D rank summons," Sora said with a smile, he now had 7 red summoning tickets, just 3 more and he might just get his hands on a new A rank summon.

"I also plan to give you the power to enforce the law. this will not be like how your clan was treated in your world. you will have every right to stand at my side and make laws and even help with stuff." Sora said stunning Fugaku slightly

"I'm just a kid, I will not be able to be king on my own, so I will rely on you a lot. sorry if it's a pain, but I will soon be able to walk on my own two feet." Sora said with a smile

"... my lord, it's not a pain. it fills me with joy at the fact you bother to think about how I feel." Fugaku said with a deep down

but after some thought, in his past life, Fugaku was going to risk it all and lunch a coup d'état against the village, as they were blamed for something which they didn't do. they were forced to relocate to the outer part of the village.

that matter must have been something of great pain for Fugaku, Sora offer was, of course, something Fugaku was moved by. the fact Sora who didn't have to worry about his feelings even cared to make such offers also moved him. these 2 things alone allowed Fugaku to loyalty to reach its peak. of course, the event which happened yesterday of Sora's mother's aura made his respect raise
