"Good evening, Kevin. Thanks for inviting us over for dinner."
Adriana handed over a bottle of wine and hugged Huang Kaiwen.
"We're friends, aren't we?"
Huang Kaiwen laughed as he welcomed the Maldini family into the house.
Cristian Maldini tugged at his shirt and whispered, "Uncle Kevin, come over a minute."
"Chris, don't always bother Uncle Kevin," Paul Maldini quickly chided his son.
"We get along well; don't scare him off," Huang Kaiwen said with a laugh as he put his arm around the Young Master's shoulders, asking what was up.
Cristian Maldini glanced at his parents and pulled Huang Kaiwen toward the living room.
"All right, all right," Huang Kaiwen said, raising his hands in surrender, and said to Mr. and Mrs. Maldini, "Barbara will be down soon, let me see what's bothering our young friend here. And Paul, if it's a pregnancy scare, you'd better brace yourself."
Even the good-tempered Maldini couldn't help himself and flung a cushion at Huang Kaiwen.
