Tactical Surface Fighter or (TSF)

Senjutsuki (戦術機, "tactical fighter"), or senjutsuhokousentouki (戦術歩行戦闘機, "tactical walking fighter aircraft"), are large bipedal machines, and are a primary weapon system used to combat the aliens known as the BETA in the Muv-Luv Unlimited and Muv-Luv Alternative visual novel games, as well as their spinoff/side-story works.

As a person named Kouzaki's voice echoed through the comms, My attention was diverted by objects descending from the sky all over the battlefield. At first, I thought they were meteorites because of the way they smoke, but as I observed closely, I noticed friendly tags attached to them with their name on it...

"That's the Orbital Divers," I exclaimed, awe evident in my voice. "Now that's some seriously badass stuff right there."

Kind of like Titanfall but seriously harsher in terms of survivability of over 20% only. They are literally the backbone of any operation, with their main goal going straight to the enemy HQ and destroying their Reactor, if successful. Operation Won and the victor would go to Humanity.

If only it was that easy...

I even heard it was called Flying Coffin, such a harsh title.

But I should focus on the battle.

As I watched in the distance the Orbital Divers drop to the ground the surrounding BETA was eliminated from receiving the reentry shell and TSF began flying to the HIVE.

After five minutes of fighting the BETA, they are now entering the HIVE.

Seems they are doing well without my interference so I decided to continue my mission by providing assistance to the ground forces while systematically eliminating multiple Laser-class enemies scattered across the region.

Dealing with the relentless barrage of lasers proved to be a hard task, but I was grateful for the support of the Allied ships, which acted as a shield against enemy Lasers and Heavy laser Class.

<<H-help! I am completely surrounded!>><<G-gah I- don't want to be eaten!>><<K-kyaaa!!>>

Time around me slow down.

Since I started the assault I have been hearing several screams of soldiers getting things eaten right now, I must be connected to the Ground Force Comms Channel if I keep hearing it without my consent.

This is not like in-game where seeing death and gore were nothing more than fiction. It was a live-action of someone getting killed or eaten like a zombie in a war, and it is currently happening right in front of my watch.

It was a scary thought if it were to happen to me if I were to drop on the ground, as your hand and feet get things chewed alive and ripped off.

No one is going to help me if that happens, and failure in the mission will result in death.

Actually, since I began hearing the Scream, I was beginning to regret accepting the mission. The thought alone if I failed and getting the thing Chew on outweighs the reward.

But while all of these Negative thoughts consume me, I... still think about my sister Elena back at home.

I don't want to leave her alone paying back the hospital bill for the rest of her life. I don't want to see her alone crying thinking I left her.

That's the biggest regret I have currently and the only thing that outweighs my fear.

That's why while I am here... If there is a distress Call...

NO ONE IS DYING HERE!

With a quick rush of determination, I found where the allies that requested assistance or the ones that got things surrounded by the map of the battlefield were, Once I noticed that it was close I immediately accelerated as fast as possible using the Afterburner while keeping a low altitude of around 500 to avoid laser class from hitting my aircraft. Of Course, while dropping more Unguided Bomb and the thousand missiles that I have in store inside my aircraft on my path.

I quickly noticed the trapped allied by seeing the sea of red surrounding the Squad of TSF. Without further ado, I quickly drop an Unguided Bomb on the fence BETA quickly eliminates a quarter number of the BETA force while shooting all of the missiles that are ready surrounding the closest TSF.

<<Wha... Did HQ send us air support?>>

There seemed to be a disbelief voice.

<<You Idiot! Who would be in their right mind using an aircraft where flying is the same as asking to be killed?>>

<<Then who the fuck is that thing up in the skies right now?!>>

<<I don't know you idiot!>><<Hah?!>>

Ignoring their question, I return for another Starfing run with a quick Firing of my Machine Gun drop more Unguided Bombs on the outer fence of TSF, and reduce the amount of number of BETA.

Sweat began to form on my head from having a hard time killing the number of BETA.

God... almost a thousand of BETA just for 4 TSF with nothing more than an Assault Rifle equipped with 36mm and 120mm cannon. This is going to take a while.

After 3 Minutes straight of killing using Ungided Bomb, my 6 missle which Replenish every time I fire it. My thump almost feels tired from repeating the process of firing the missile every three seconds, and it did not make it better that there is an almost infinite number of these BETA.

But after finally feels like forever the whole area has been reduced to Ruble. And the remaining survivor of Only 200 BETA was left signifying that TSF on the ground is now safe from the threat.

<<I-imposible...>>

<<How could one aircraft be equipped with such a huge amount of Explosives?>>

Seems these people are in disbelief state, well I won't blame them when I fire almost a hundred missiles and many Unguided Bombs that seem to never run out.

<<...It's the Demon lord>>

Wha..? Demon Lord?

<<..Do you mean the Demon Lord that annihilates the BETA force at Kyoto? THAT Demon Lord?!>>

...You know what I have better things to do than hearing someone comms.

While I was planning to head to the next distress call. I received unexpected communication.

<<Thank you very much for saving us!>> A cheerful voice enters the open comms.

After hearing It I stopped a little for a moment and a wave of communication filled the open comms.

<<Thanks for the assist!>><<You just save our asses!!>><<Hah! But you were just crying for help>> <<S-shut up!>>

However, I chose not to respond and continue shooting the BETA force, as there seemed to be no need for words in that moment of intense combat.

As I continue killing BETA force piles of bodies begin to pile up all over the battlefield. It did not matter, Soldier, Tank, Grappler, Fort, and even Laser and Heavy Laser Class were swiftly eliminated by my plane.

I keep destroying them while they keep shooting with their meager Laser and heavy Laser Class at me. I even got used to dodging the laser Class whenever they fired at me.

My focus was more on the Laser and Heavy Laser classes as these things are some of the most annoying things these BETA ever use, Second are Tank Class, Grappler Class, and lastly Fort Class.

Also, I noticed that the battleship shells were being intercepted because of the Laser and Heavy laser Class around the battlefield. So I keep killing them to make sure all Battleship has maximum firepower on the BETA forces.

And sure enough more Battleship shells and Osuma Ships rockets begin to drop safely on the battlefield without being intercepted by the Laser Class.

The number of BETA casualties increased rapidly as more of the Laser Class and Heavy Laser died rapidly from my attack.

And for the next hours straight I have been busy dropping a couple more of the Unguided Bomb, Missles, and Gattling Gun on the densest BETA area for a more effective attack. While Also saving a bunch of TSF on the ground was surrounded By BETA Force whenever I received a Distress Call.

And whenever I have the chance I take a good look at the nearby Osumi-class TSF Landing Ship trying to land their force. Some of the ships were burning whenever they took a hit from either the Laser Class or Heavy Laser Class, and some are currently sinking with their way of communication.

A live ship sinking from battle is truly an awe view, it's not every day you see it in person instead of simulation.

As I did a Starfing Run on another Enemy Laser Class which caused a huge explosion, the communication in which soldiers on the ground keep asking for help has been turned into cheers even surprising me.

<<Yeah!!>><<Way to go Demon Lord!>><< Whoever ever flies those planes I will buy you a beer later!>><<Go! Keep Killing that bastard!>><<Show them humanity might!>>

..It was different from the previous mission

There was a crowd of people down there, cheering at me. It was not scripted, or anything but a real human cheering for me below the ground.

It makes me wonder.... how they feel right now. Happy? In awe?

But why they are calling me Demon Lord? You know what It's better to ignore it.

Also while they were enjoying themself, I was enjoying seeing the number of points on the scoreboard of mine

Hehehehe... If this keeps going, I will set for life and won't need to work anymore. And I can get home with the treatment she needed.

When I received an unknown caller on my communication, suddenly a video of a brown-haired girl appeared in front of me. Blocking my View. She had her face serious and typing furiously on her keyboard until she noticed the video call was connected and was surprised.

<<..Uh, Dr. Kouzaki we have connected to the Unknown plane!>>

Before I knew it, the video changed to a woman with long purple hair while wearing White Clothing that signifies she is a scientist, I felt like I had seen her somewhere before...

That way her move was screaming full of pride with the way she crossed her arms and smug on her face <<Nice to meet the Demon lord itself>>

Forcefully entering someone else comes, now that's rude.

Well, I am no better at using an illegal aircraft and helping someone else Operation just for the sake of money.

But I was not in the mood for someone else annoying my comms since I am still in the middle of battle.<<Who are you?>>

She was smirking at me with her amused eye and said <<My Name is Dr. Kouzaki, and I am the XO of this Operation>>

XO.... if I am not wrong it means Executive Officer or in the short term the leader of the Operation, which means my mission is going to be involved to her one way or another.

<<I don't know who you are to enter someone else battle>>

<<But seeing you are assisting us in battle, I can at least tell you are on our side>>

<<But running around killing BETA left and right won't get you anywhere, that's why I am going to need your help with something else.>>

Seeing as she is the kind of girl I have to get involved one way or another I open the comms and answer <<...Find What kind of help you want.>>

Immediately she smirks and presses a bunch of buttons in front of her face. <<Seeing you have a knack for killing the Laser Class and Heavy Laser Class, I need your help in clearing the Laser Class and Heavy Laser Class In Southern East of Sadogashima can you do that?>>

- Eliminate 80% of the enemy BETA force around the A-01

- Eliminate all Laser and Heavy Laser Classes to secure the Susano II Route.
