New Diamonds PT.2

As we got closer and closer to the planet we could see the changes taking place due to the birth of a new Diamond. The planet seemed to mostly be made up of water with smaller pieces of land scattered about, so it could be a little like a One Piece world...or would have been. Especially considering how all the water on the planet seems to be in a constant state of motion and gradually washing away the remaining pieces of land off the face of the planet.

As the ship began to hover just out of the reach of the chaotic wave White then pulled up her screen and began to do her calculations to determine Blue's forming location. Seeing as how the whole planet is covered in ocean and there is no way these small islands can handle a Diamond birth it should be underwater.

During this time me and Yellow looked around and saw a little surprise in the water, life. Actual living marine animals swimming around, trying to outrun the apocalypse. It's surprising seeing how both mine and Yellow's planet had no life at all. Not according to the scans anyway, but in the end it changes nothing.

While we admired the ocean life and the ending of a species White managed to find Blue and we made our way to her. The ship traveled millions of miles in a few minutes before we dove down into the water till we hit bedrock.

There, instead of experiencing the tossing and turning waves like the rest of the planet, a forcefield-like dome that was spread out for miles was completely calm and devoid of any life that it could shelter. A calm before the storm. Seeing as how we had time I asked White.

"Would we be meeting our sister underwater or is there anything else we can do about it?"

"It seems as though it would have to be underwater seeing as the ship does not have the equipment to do otherwise. Don't worry, it should be fine." She waves her hand at the last part.

"We don't need air and we can bring our sister into the ship after the explosion causes the water to blast away for a moment."

She has a point, but I have to be on the planet to see its will. Why do I want to see the will? The answer, on whim and I want to meet the mother? Father? Of my sister and to get some experience. So I offer a counterpoint.

"We really should meet her on the surface of the planet like usual White, she deserves the same treatment as us."

White pauses and thinks for a moment.

"True, but from the reports on Homeworld and my colonies, Gems forming underwater find the experience unpleasant, so it would be better this way."

Time to brag.

"But I have been practicing with my powers over the last month and I should be able to hold off the water from drowning us long enough to have our greetings." and see the planetary will.

A small twitch was shown on White's face as she giggled softly.

"Yes… your "practice" results were seen across Homeworld if you remember."

I quickly look to my left while blushing slightly and face away from White who is now giggling at my bashfulness and Yellow who was out of the loop, but was still thinking about the new Diamond and blushing at the new look on my face. White continues.

"Jokes aside, I see you have a good grasp of your powers so can you handle it?"

Facing her in my normal Senior White resting face I reply with a.

"Umm."

"Very well then off you go because the time to begin is now."

With that a large explosion occurred and the water rushed past the ship and before we knew it a large hole appeared in the sea that reached all the way to the bedrock. I quickly spread my power as far as it could go and caught the water and gradually slowed the rate of the water flowing back until it reached the size of a football stadium with water flowing above us being filtered by black particles.

The torso ship then began to lower and rest on the ground as a light blue glowing figure with a blue gemstone on its chest can be seen in the centre of the ocean bed.

Wow, devouring the mist sized souls really helped to up my power, I could keep this up for half an hour. However, this was with the help of the technique I used and the explosion which helped me to skip a step that would have needed a lot more control.

Yellow was stunned by this display of power and clenched her fist in determination in order to reach this strength. While also subconsciously raising her opinion of Black to that of White whose exploits she learned about from the memories of the H juice.

White then asked.

"Are you okay? How long can you keep this up?"

I just waved her off.

"I'm fine White, no need to worry I can keep this up long enough to meet Blue."

With that White just nods and we all step on the platform and we make our way to the glowing silhouette. When we finally reached the ground the silhouette, its clothing and hair finally formed before the light blue light faded.

As the light faded we all stayed silent as we stared at Blue. She was around the same height as Yellow at around 82ft and has bluish turquoise skin tone and long, off-white hair which connects at her chest. She has plump lips and a straight nose. She has black eyebrows, and three black markings on the lower portion of her eyes, which are turquoise with diamond shaped pupils. Her eyes are currently open in a daze and her gemstone is located on her chest similar to Yellow.

She wears a long, blue, hooded cloak with long, baggy sleeves; it features a design of diagonal stripes of different shades of blue and is currently unhooded.

Under our eyes she floated down to the ground and fell to her knees. She is currently breathing in and out in a slightly erratic manner before calming down. I guess she isn't a cry baby yet.

I and White step off of the platform and make our way to Blue with Yellow just a step behind us. I knelt down and put my hand on her shoulder and she looked up at us. She is first stunned at the radiant appearance of White, then throws a curious look at Yellow, and deeply blushes an ocean shade of blue at the wonderful, beautiful, and breathtaking appearance of yours truly.

Guess she is more emotional than Yellow as shown in the series after all. White noticing Blue's blessed predicament, quickly spoke in a growing smile.

"I believe you are already aware of who we are, but since we're here we may as well begin introductions!" She clasps her hands at the last part in anticipation.

"I'm as you know White Diamond, but you can call me White, the one clasping your shoulder is Black, and the one on the side is Yellow. She's newly made like you so don't feel guilty about not knowing her."

I can feel Blue's body relax slightly at the last part of White's introduction, she was actually worried about that? Yeah she might be a crybaby or a Gem with her heart on her sleeve after all. Speaking of the crybaby she let out a sigh and spoke for the first time in a calm and collected voice.

"Thank you White I was worried I might have accidentally offended my sister."

As I retracted my arm she stood up and looked in the direction of Yellow with a smile on her face with her arms down and her hands forming a Diamond shape.

Yellow, who was just standing on the side in silence, seemed surprised at the consideration of her newly formed sister and said in a surprised voice.

"I-it's fine Blue, no need to apologize. I could never be displeased with you."

Hearing herself she immediately stopped talking, crossed her arms, and looked to the side with a slight blush at her face.

We all just smiled at her at amusement, was my little sister a tsundere? Or would she qualify as a sis-con? Before I could fandom the hell out of this White spoke.

"As nice as this is, our sibling is about to be formed so we should get going."

She forms a platform and boards it along with Yellow and Blue. They turned their eyes to me and I could see a slight blush on Yellow's face and a deeper blush on Blue's as they stare at my face. As I made my way towards them I gradually let go of the underwater forcefield and it would release in a few minutes.

I then access the planetary will and soon come across a white and blue mass of light that is slowly crumbling away. It seemed sad and depressed and I could see why. It was about to form sapient life forms, but was killed before it could begin. Guess that idea died in the womb and she feels emotional over it. Almost like it's crying… like Blue and it seems more connected to emotions beyond the surface compared to the planetary will of Yellow

Guess I found out how we get our powers, but I wonder what the planatary will for Pink would feel like? Since most of her abilities were auxiliary compared to the rest of the Diamonds.

I guess we'll find out soon.
