The Tournament Arrives! Shona's Quick Thinking!

Today was the big day! That huge tournament was finally here! We got to wear whatever we wanted to this tournament, so I decided to wear the Gi Tomikoa gave me. It was the least I could do, since I found her father yesterday. He was in bad shape and he had to be rushed to the hospital.

"Hey, does anyone have a shirt I could wear under this?" I asked.

"Why? Having your chest out is manly as hell, bro!" Kirishima exclaimed.

Bakugo threw a white t-shirt at my face, "Here, wear this."

[25 Minutes Later...]

We all arrived at this absolutely gigantic stadium! I've never seen anything like it! We walked inside.

"This is kinda scary..." I heard someone say.

"Yeah, it is!" Someone agreed.

"Are you sure we can do this? Can we still back out of this?" Another person asked.

I looked down at the ground while we were walking, I had to say something, but what? I kept looking forward as I led the group, but I stopped them. I could tell there was a huge nervousness in the air.

"What's wrong, why'd we stop?" A First-Year asked.

I started my pep talk, "Alright everyone, listen up. I know it might be nerve-racking going into the unknown like this, but that's what defines our courage and bravery as a school. We'll be facing off against a lot of Quirks we've never seen before, but we can't waver. We're going to show these guys what U.A. is really made of! Some of you might get eliminated right off the bat, but that's fine! All that matters, is that you mustered up the courage to fight!"

I felt the mood of everyone uplift and I smiled at them, "Now, let's go!"

We all hurried out towards the arena, once we got out there, we all looked at just how huge this place really was. It was like a small city in here! I looked over and noticed the other schools standing on each end of the arena.

"ALLLLRIGHT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! WELCOME TO THE UNIVERSAL HERO TOURNAMENT! THIS TOURNAMENT WILL BE 1 HOUR LONG! YOU CAN ONLY ELIMINATE YOUR OPPONENT BY KNOCKING THEM OUT OF THE ARENA! WE'LL BEGIN IN 3... 2... 1..." Present Mic announced.

A horn sounded and the other schools rushed towards each other! Quirks were going all over the place! It was like an explosive lightshow! We all stood there and watched, but kept our guards up.

"What do we do, Leonidus?" Sota asked me.

"Just stay calm, as long as we stick together, we should be fine. If we get split up in this situation, we're good as dead!" I told him.

Then, people ran away from our group to go and fight the others. I guess it was inevitable...

"Oh, come on... Alright, just stick with someone!" I shouted.

I charged into battle and left everyone else behind. I overheard someone yell my name.

"Hey! Leonidus!" She shouted.

I turned my head, "Huh?"

The girl rushed towards me and I caught her fist.

"So, it is you! I couldn't tell since you're wearing whatever the hell that is!" She cackled.

I kicked her back, "And who are you?"

"I'm Sashi Konosami, first-year at Ketsubetsu! My Quirk's a Transformation type!" Sashi told me.

I noticed a boy who was looking on, he seen me and ducked behind something. Was he spying on us or something?

"I'm assuming that's your brother?" I questioned.

I pointed over to where he was hiding. Sashi looked behind her before rolling her eyes as she looked at me.

"Yeah, he's kind of shy. Don't worry about him though, you should be worried about me!" Sashi yelled to me.

She powered up, her hair changed from a blonde to a bright red! What kind of Quirk was this? Her muscles slightly bulked up as well, something about her hair's giving me some intense vibes!

"My Quirk is 'Color Change', my brother has the same Quirk as I do. Get ready, Leonidus, I'm gonna send you to the stratosphere!" She shouted.

I smiled and activated my Base Mode. She charged towards me, and punched me as fast as she could. I was dodging and blocking every hit she threw at me. I could tell she was getting frustrated. Her pace quickened and so did mine, her movements were a bit sloppy but she's definitely capable of holding her own if she focuses. That much I can tell right off the bat!

"Damn it, stop blocking!" She roared.

"Alright, whatever you say!" I replied.

I knocked her right arm away then punched her in the gut hard! I elbowed her in the face, then created a ball of Overdrive. I placed it right on her stomach and fired away! Smoke rose from the attack, surely, I knocked her out of the arena! Smoke rose from my hands as I still kept my guard up.

"S-Sashi!" Her brother shouted.

The smoke cleared and she was standing there, guarding herself. She put her hands down and started breathing heavily.

"I know this isn't... Everything you've got, Leonidus!" Sashi shouted.

"You're right, but I can't exactly use my Quirk to its full potential. This tournament goes on for an hour, so I can't spend my stamina willy-nilly!" I explained.

Her brother stepped out in front of her, "Don't hurt her..."

"Oh, hey! Nice of you to drop by! Now that I've gotten a better look at you, you don't seem like much, that must mean you've got one strong Quirk!" I observed.

He started twitching, what was his problem, I noticed veins started to pop out around his body.

"Don't... Touch... Her..." He growled.

"Sekawa... I'm okay! Calm down!" Sashi reassured him.

Sekawa stepped forward as his hair blasted upwards, his hands trembled with anger, the aura around him was intense!

*THIRD PERSON*

"LEONIDUS!!!!" Sekawa thundered.

The pressure he let off was insane as Sekawa exploded with rage! It shook the entire stadium! The entire arena erupted with Sekawa's power, Leonidus guarded himself as violent winds blew from where Sekawa stood. Everyone was now focused on the greatest threat in the tournament at that moment: Sekawa Konosami! Alyx unguarded himself and looked up at Sekawa, his eyes were pure orange, not to mention his All Might-like physique!

"Holy hell... We gotta help him!" Kirishima exclaimed.

Kirishima tried to run off but Sero wrapped his tape around his arm, "Woah, hang on man! I think he'll be fine. I've got a gut feeling that he knows what he's doing."

The entire tournament had their eyes glued on Alyx and Sekawa. Leonidus charged forward and punched Sekawa's stomach with rapid-fire fists. All Sekawa did was look down at him with a blank expression. He quickly grabbed Alyx's face and slammed him into the ground with ease! Overdrive blasted out from the ground causing Sekawa to stumble backwards. Alyx rose out of the ground in Mode Two with impressive speed, launching Sekawa into the air with a huge uppercut. Alyx sped towards him, clasping both of his hands and slamming them into Sekawa's back, sending him crashing into the ground below. Sekawa rebounded as Leonidus landed down behind him, in the blink of an eye, he appeared in front of Sekawa with his fist reeled back.

Sekawa caught his fist which surprised Sashi and even Leonidus himself! Sekawa's hair shot out then wrapped around Alyx's arm, it tightened as he pulled Alyx into the air, Sekawa slammed him back and forth into the ground. Leonidus was thrown across the ground as Sekawa let go of him, he nearly got thrown out of the arena! He quickly stopped himself before he reached the edge, as he looked up, Sekawa had a boot ready to kick him off.

"Sekawa! Don't!" Sashi shouted.

Leonidus quickly dodged out of the way, but instead of letting Sekawa be eliminated, he grabbed his arm and threw him away from the edge. Sekawa rolled across the ground before getting up on one knee.

"𝘞-𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵...? 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘮?" Sashi thought.

Leonidus wiped dirt off his face, "You're pretty strong, you're a First-Year like your sister, right? I'm not one for teaching, but that Quirk of yours, you need to control it. Tone it down a bit, alright?"

Sekawa's breathing got even shakier as he stared at Alyx. He stood up to his feet as his eyes began to glow.

"Hurt... Her... I'll... KILL YOU ALL!!" He screamed.

Alyx's eyes widened as he saw Sekawa's hair glow a bright orange, a sudden burst of energy surrounded him, shooting out dozens of glowing strands of hair all over the arena! Alyx shielded himself as the arena was nearly blown to bits. As the dense dust and smoke cleared, Leonidus found himself separated from the other members of his school. He looked around as he let the shield dissolve around him.

"𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦, 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥. 𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘴𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘵." Leonidus thought.

Loud booms and rumbling rang off in the distance as it approached Leonidus. Sekawa barreled through a huge rock with his fists clenched.

"LEONIDUS! THERE YOU ARE!" He yelled.

Sekawa threw his hand down towards Alyx but missed, as his hand shattered the ground, Alyx rammed his knee into Sekawa's jaw. He flipped over Sekawa but was met with a fist to the face right before he landed on the ground. Before Sekawa could continue his onslaught, he heard a voice.

"Hey! Big guy!" Someone shouted to him.

Standing on top of the now newly made debris cliff, stood Shona Meshinzou! Sekawa turned around with a confused look on his face.

"Alyx, cover your eyes!" Shona yelled as she took off her visor.

Alyx looked down and covered his eyes as Shona began to use her Quirk. A large amount of light resonated from where she stood.

"Please! Calm down! You're going to be alright!" Shona shouted.

Sekawa stopped moving before falling to the ground and going silent. The bright ray of light disappeared from where Shona stood. Alyx opened his eyes to see that Shona had put her visor back on.

"Hey! Thanks for the save!" He smiled.

Shona smiled and gave him a thumbs up. She jumped down to meet up with Alyx.

"Glad to see a friendly face! It looked like you were having some trouble with him for a bit there. Where is everyone? It's awfully quiet around here." Shona asked.

"I'm not sure, at this point, it might just be wise to split off and hide for now. You aren't accustomed to fighting, right?" Alyx replied.

"Y-Yeah, how'd you know?" Shona wondered.

He looked behind them then back at her, "You would've come down and faced him if you did."

Shona blinked a few times, intrigued at Leonidus' combat knowledge. Alyx looked down at Sekawa before looking towards Shona.

"Come on, we need to get out of here before more people show up." Alyx continued.

They hurried out of the area before Sekawa could wake up. As they were running, he saw Tomikoa, she was just standing there after eliminating another student. Someone jumped out from behind her, without even moving it seemed, she blasted him out of the arena! Since Leonidus was too focused on Tomikoa, Shona ended up running off without him!I looked in front of me and Shona was gone! Tomikoa looked to her right to see Alyx, the two looked at each other, not saying a word.

"This doesn't look good, Alyx and Tomikoa are facing off! And we're only 15 minutes into this tournament!" Mineta fretted as he looked down from the stands.

"Yeah... She's been eliminating people left and right! And all she's doing is just standing there!" Koda added.

"Damn... Just when I thought this couldn't get any more problematic..." Mr. Aizawa thought to himself.

Alyx and Tomikoa stared each other down, this caught the attention of the surrounding fighters! They stood still and watched as these two powerhouses stood off. Alyx fired off a Diamond Buster at Tomikoa, who stood there and took it head on! Alyx activated Mode Three and rushed towards Tomikoa with blinding speed! He struck her with high-speed strikes, which Tomikoa was countering with only one finger! As Alyx got faster, so did Tomikoa, Leonidus let off one last fierce punch that indented the ground below the both of them.

"Woah... Did you see that?!" Mineta yelled.

Alyx stepped back from Tomikoa, "I see... So, you aren't going all out yet, huh? If this is how strong you've gotten since the last time we fought, it's gonna be a lot harder to take you out!"

"I haven't been sitting on my thumbs, you know." She smiled as she recited what Alyx told her.

Alyx smirked and they both clashed with each other. Their fighting was intensely fast paced, going from one place of the arena to another, flying past other fighters with near blinding speed! Their strikes put out pressure that blew everyone and everything away! Tomikoa grabbed Alyx's leg and slammed him into a rock face, then she put him right through it with a full power attack. Alyx hit a nearby mountain hard as Tomikoa slammed her foot into his sternum at full power once more!

Alyx was gasping for air as Tomikoa made her way to him, "I'm not wasting any more time with this, Alyx. I'm eliminating you right here, right now."

She flew up into the air and raised one hand above her. A giant ball of white slowly generated from her hand.

"W-What's she doing? Is she trying to kill him or something?" Sero wondered.

"Shit... What do we do?" Kirishima questioned.

Tomikoa threw the ball of energy down at Alyx. The pressure created violent winds and debris lifted into the air! Alyx tried to push the energy ball back, but to no avail! He slowly became consumed by Tomikoa's move, Tomikoa charged up a smaller blast.

"Farewell, Leonidus." She muttered.

Tomikoa fired off the smaller energy blast, which caused her energy ball to explode, creating a huge crater in the arena. Tomikoa flew down to the ground and began to walk away. The entire stadium grew silent, what did Tomikoa do? Was Alyx eliminated?

"That damn bitch..." Momo growled.

She looked down from a cliffside as she scowled towards Tomikoa. Momo was about to jump down to fight Tomikoa herself, but Tsuyu's tongue saved her from an unwise decision!

"What are you doing, Yaoyorozu? Can't you feel that change in the air?" Tsu asked.

Tsuyu looked down towards the newly made crater, soon, Momo did as well. Tomikoa stopped walking and turned around to face the crater.

"Damn it... This can't be it, can it? Don't tell me you're done, Alyx!" Mr. Aizawa wondered.

The entire stadium began to shake, and rocks and debris all over the place started to rise. Everyone looked towards the crater wondering what was going on.

"What? What's this shaking?" Tomikoa thought to herself.

"Wait... Is this...?" Deku wondered.

"You've all fucked up now!" Bakugo shouted.

Back up in the stands, Annie was grinning with delight. Mr. Aizawa turned and looked at her.

"What's going on?" He asked.

"He's awake." Annie replied with a smile.
