Ch 4 past truths

You opened the door feeling ashamed of yourselves again. You keep letting him get too you and you want to push him away but you just couldn't. It's like he uses a magic spell on you every time he gets close to you. The minute you try to push him away he touches you or kisses you and you can't. You walked out of the class room seeing him walking down the hall way out the door. You wanted to burst out crying but you were still in school, you didn't want people to think something was up. Instead you just walked home. You didn't take the bus today because you didn't feel like getting home to quick today, instead you wanted to walk. You took out your earphones plugging it into your phone to listen to some music. You were walking alone and so into the song you didn't notice taehyung walking beside you. You turned to look and saw taehyung smiling at you warming your heart.

Taehyung:"you mind if I walk with you?"

You smiled and nodded your head while he smiled at you.

Taehyung:"What are you listening to that you didn't even notice me?"

You chuckled looking at him

"You want to listen to it?"

You handed him the other side of the earphone while you listened to the other side. He started nodding his a head bit

Taehyung:"you have good taste in music. You like the same music like me"

"Really! Because people usually find this kinda of music"

"Boring"

You both said at the same time making you both laugh.

"Jinx!"

Taehyung:"no fair you said it too"

You love the vibe that taehyung was giving you. It was so easy with him, the conversation and his personality. You even found out that he likes the same music as you. You both kept walking and you were so into taehyung that you didn't even know that you were home.

Taehyung:"is this your apartment?"

"Uhh yes"

It was quiet for a bit, you looked at taehyung who had his backpack and his hand in his pockets.

"D-do you want to come inside"

Taehyung:"sure?"

You both went to your apartment, you opened the door letting him inside your place.

Taehyung:"wow your apartment is nice, such a cute little place"

"Ohh thanks"

You blushed from his comment about your place.

"I'll make you a cup of tea or something"

"Sure"

He was looking around when you forgot that you left your undergarments to dry. You turned around when you saw that he saw them. You quickly ran to grab them hiding it behind your back. He chuckled at your reaction.

"Sorry about that"

Taehyung:"it's okay, that was cute"

You felt your face burning up even more when he called you cute. You went to put your undergarments away coming back handing him a cup of tea.

Taehyung:"so you live alone?"

"Yeah, I decide that I wanted to be independent and moved to be on my own"

Taehyung:"that's great"

"What about you?"

Taehyung:"I actually share an apartment with my roommate. He's a really great guy funny too"

"That sounds fun, it gets pretty lonely here sometimes"

Taehyung:"well I'll keep you company whenever you want"

Your eyes widen and you chocked on your tea abit. He stopped when he realized what he said could've came out wrong.

Taehyung:"Oh sorry! I don't mean like that kind of company but like a friendly company"

You laughed at him when he looked so worried about it.

"It's okay"

You and taehyung chatted a bit when it was getting late and he had to leave soon. You walked him out of your apartment. He was about to leave but he walked back

Taehyung:"can I get your number, you know so we can maybe hangout sometimes"

"Of course"

You put your number down in his phone before he left. You walked back inside your apartment. You touched your chest and you didn't feel your heart racing at all. What was wrong with you!? You're falling for the wrong guy, taehyung was the guy you dreamed for but why do you keep thinking about Jungkook . He's a player and all he does is play with peoples heart.

Taehyung POV

I was walking home feeling excited about this girl. She was nice and talkative and I really her personality. I was walking when I saw Jungkook walking towards me. He saw me and stopped right next to me while I did the same thing.

"long time no see"

Jungkook:"get out of my face"

" is it wrong of me to greet an old friend of mine"

Jungkook:"what do you want?"

"So I'm guessing your target is y/n huh?

Jungkook:"that's none of your business"

Taehyung:"well I'm here to tell you right now that she's also my target, I like her she's cool and I'm not going to loose her to you like Jenny"

Jungkook turned to face me grabbing my shirt.

Jungkook:"don't ever talk about jenny, or compare her to y/n"

I chuckled from his comment

"I'm not gonna let you kill her like how you did to jenny Jungkook, I'm not going to let you have y/n either. I'm not backing down on you this time. I will make y/n mine I know all your plan."

I pushed his hand off my before walking off away from him.

FLASHBACK

Teacher: GET BACK HERE YOU TROUBLE MAKERS"

We're all running away from the teacher chasing us, we were ditching our classes when we got caught. We finally climbed over the fence laughing while running away. Me, jenny, and Jungkook we're always known for being good friends. We were friends since we were in the third grade up until highschool. Once we were getting older I notice myself falling in love with my best friend jenny. She had a sweet personality and her smile was beautiful as well. I don't tell anyone that I love my best friend because I don't want to break up our friendship with Jungkook. It's going so great we were all young having fun. I would always admire her from afar. Class was over and it was just me and jenny walking home alone.

Jenny:"tae, how do you know when you love someone?"

I stopped when I heard that question

Jenny:"I want to see if it's really true"

I turned to look at her and my heart started racing.

"Well, when they smile at you, you feel like that smile is only meant for you. And Every time you see them you feel excited and your heart starts racing. You feel like they're the only person who you see"

I flinched when she lightly punched my arm

Jenny:"wow! You know so much sounds like you're the one in love here"

She chuckled and started walking while I was walking behind her. I know she would never look at me more than just a friend. We were walking when we both saw Jungkook. He was with a girl and they were kissing. I turned to look at jenny who had a sad expression on her face. She looked so upset when she was looking at Jungkook kiss that girl. That's when I knew she asked me that because she's in love with Jungkook. I was so upset over this I didn't know what to think. The next few days it was just me and jenny hanging out while Jungkook was out here with girls and having sex with them. He started to become more cold towards me and jenny. I hated seeing jenny so upset and cry over Jungkook. I was walking when I heard Jungkook and Jenny.

Jenny:"why have you been acting so cold towards me and taehyung"

Jungkook:"I've change jenny, I'm not that same Jungkook anymore. I need more than just you and taehyung now"

Jenny:"how could you say that to me"

I could hear her voice and she was upset and crying, I wanted to just jump out and punch Jungkook right now.

Jenny:"I love you Jungkook"

My heart dropped when I heard those words. She loves him of course she would choose him. They always seemed closer than to each other since we were kids.

Jungkook:"sorry jenny, I don't love you and I don't want you be with you"

Jenny:"How can you say that, you're my first Jungkook. You're my first at everything kiss, sex, and love"

SEX! They already sex and they didn't even tell me. I was angry at them they didn't even consider my feelings in this friendship and I was angry. That's why last weekend they didn't want to hangout because they were together. I was so angry that I walked away from them. The next couple of days I didn't text or call Jenny nor even hangout with her. She kept calling me and texting me but I didn't answer her. I was on the roof top eating my lunch when Jenny barged in.

Jenny: KIM TAEHYUNG! Why haven't you been answering my calls?"

I grabbed my lunch about to leave when she grabbed my arm stopping me.

Jenny:"what's wrong?"

"Nothing"

Jenny:"why are you mad at me? Please tell me"

"It's nothing really"

Jenny:"JUST TELL ME!"

"FINE! IM ANGRY AT YOU AND JUNGKOOK! You both HAD SEX and you love someone who doesn't even love you back and you you're hurting yourself not wanting to see the right person for you"

She was quiet for a second when she heard what I just said to her.

Jenny:"you know?"

"I heard you two talking about it"

Jenny:"I'm sorry taehyung, I really am"

"I love you Jenny"

I don't know why but I just said it, I had to I can't hold it in any longer. She must know my feelings.

"Why do you love someone who doesn't love you and hurts you only"

Jenny:"Sorry taehyung i-"

I didn't even want to listen to her response but just left because I was upset and angry with her. I avoided her not wanting to talk to her at all which one of my biggest mistake. I regret this day forever and ever.

"JENNY"
