Zack took no time to finish the giant Beringel and awaken it as well, he named it, Kong. He estimated he could still awaken two more Grand alphas before he is forced to dissipate some of his lesser minions.

He then took out Bubba again and flew over to his team, he wanted to see their improvements.

He saw Nora with team CFVY mowing down everything on their path, specifically Coco and Nora, she uses the help of some Ursas to fly up to the air then slams back down to anywhere there are huddled Grimms then from there she flipped back then hammers anything on her way, but sometimes her one out of ten swings she makes takes out three Grimms in instant. This shows that she is improving ever so slightly.

Pyrrha at the back is taking out every Grimm she encounters with more precise and faster strikes. If she ever got surrounded, she used her semblance on her shield and spear to cut them all. While she was fighting, by her side were two Beowolf, B7, and B8, she then commanded them to form a defensive line. So far, nothing was able to escape from them.

Ren was riding one of the Sabyrs while he was leading them the rest of the Sabyrs and at the back, manticores were following him. Anywhere they pass by, wounded or dead Grimms follow as Ren was mostly targeting their legs to reduce their mobility while the minions that follow him either do the exact same thing or like the manticores, they mowed down every immobile Grimms on the ground.

Zack grinned at their improvements as he flew down again at the furthest bunch, then he also started decimating every Grimm that crossed his path.

He didn't summon any of his Grand alpha as he still needs some old fashion fights but let his Alphas, 2 Beowolves, and one Ursa, out. It's because he noticed these three are growing more as of late, their spikes are becoming bigger as well as their size. He figures if this continues, they themselves will become Grand Alphas themselves very soon.

Then out of the lesser minions, he has, two of the Beowolves, one in Ursas, One in Sabyr, and two Manticores, are becoming alphas themselves. The weird thing about all of them, he doesn't feel any strain in his reserves unlike his other already Grand alpha ones.

Zack shook his thoughts away for a moment as he focused on defeating every one of them. He charged straight to the horde with 3 alpha following him.

Like that, an hour passed as they finished every Grimm.

Zack made it back without any issues as he sees everyone on his team were tired but he could tell they were ready for more.

Zack smiled at that then approached them while they were talking with team CFVY.

"Hey, guys, good work out there, anyone injured?" Zack asked them.

"Oh, leader!! You should've seen us!! We were amazing!" Nora suddenly got close to Zack and took hold of his shoulder as she shakes him back and forth.

"I would agree, looks like those hellish training of yours really did work wonders for us," Ren said with a smile as he approached them, stopping Nora from shaking Zack anymore.

"That's right Zack, I think I finally understood you when you said that my semblance's control was very basic, It took a quarter of my aura just to make my Miló and Akoúo̱ fly," Pyrrha said as she logically analyzed her faults.

"Don't worry guys, this is just the start, you guys have only been training for two weeks, I'm sure you'll get better, all of you" Zack nodded at all of them for their efforts.

"Oh yeah, I don't think we have properly introduced ourselves yet, the names Zack, this is Nora, Ren, and Pyrrha, team ZPNR," Zack said as he faced team CFVY, who was looking at them from the side, while he introduced everyone.

"Mmm, the name's Coco Adel, this is Velvet, Fox, and Yatsuhashi, we're team CFVY, nice to meet you guys, and thanks for the assist," Coco stepped forward and shook hands with Zack.

Zack nodded at them then took his scroll and called Ozpin.

"Hey, gramps! Mission accomplished, can you send back the bullhead?" Zack said as he asked for a pick-up.

"Mm, congratulations, job well done for you and your team's first mission, bullhead will be there in 10 minutes," Ozpin replied.

"Alright, thanks, gramps!" Zack said as he ended the call.

Zack relayed what Ozpin said towards them as they all got ready to depart but before they could do anything, the village chief and residents approached them with their sincere gratitude as they all thought earlier they were gonna die.

"Thank you all for saving us, truly, if it weren't for you all, we wouldn't be in here standing," the village chief said as they all bowed with him towards them.

"No need for thanks, it's what we do," Zack said with a smile then came forward as he patted the chief's shoulder to stand up straight.

*tooot* *tooot* *tooot* *tooot* *tooot* *tooot*

"Hmm, looks like our ride is here, well everyone let's go back," Zack said as he noticed the bullhead is close by.

"Goodbye, everyone!!" Nora exclaimed while waving her arms toward the village folk that came to see them.

"Goodbye" Velvet shyly bowed her head to them as well

Everyone else just nodded at them, the village folk kept praising, thanking, and waving their hands at them as they walked away. This brought smiles to them as they all thought that this is worth the battle they just fought at.

They eventually got back but they were excused for the rest of the classes as they were all tired, well except for Zack that is. Zack left his teammates in their dorm as he went to class but before that, he made an extra route towards the cafeteria as he still needed some chocolates.

He thought of bringing some for his teammates so he went back and completely forgot that he was going to class earlier.

As he was near the door towards their room, he heard the giggling sounds of Pyrrha and Nora but not Ren. He didn't dwell on it as he thought earlier they were all asleep.

He then knocked first then opened the door.

The first thing he saw was that Ren was tied up on his bed with a gag on his mouth and a blindfold on his eyes and Pyrrha and Nora were in a corner giggling at something as he saw that Pyrrha seems to be teaching Nora. It seemed that they didn't notice him as they were all in their own little world.

Ren eventually wiggled out the blindfold as he looked towards Zack for help.

"Hmm" Zack raised one of his eyebrows as he approached Ren who was wiggling to get out and trying to say something to him.

Zack then removed the gag on his mouth.

*Puuaah* "Thanks Zack, thank Oum you came back quickly," Ren quickly said.

"Hmm, so what happened while I was away anyway? I thought you were all asleep earlier that's why I stepped out," Zack asked curiously as he untied Ren off of his bindings.

"Mm, thanks, I don't know, I was sleeping earlier but suddenly a blindfold was placed on my eyes then next thing I know, I was bound to my bed and gagged," Ren said as he rubs his wrists.

"Hmm, maybe they know something?" Zack looked at the giggling girls at the corner. They seemed to have something on their hands.

Zack suddenly noticed black pieces of wrappings on his bed, he thought that it looked familiar to him but he can't remember.

Ren eventually stood up as well and stood by Zack's side.

*cough* *cough*!

"Umm, girls, are you… alright?" Zack hesitantly asked but he didn't come forward.

"!!!" This got their attention as they suddenly stood up and turned around towards them with a sweet smile while they looked like they were hiding something in their backs.

"Oh, Zack! Ren, when did you guys come back?" Pyrrha asked in an innocent voice.

"Hmm, I never went away though, I was bound to my bed earlier, didn't you notice?" Ren asked.

"Oh, sorry Renny! We didn't notice you were there," Nora said with a similar expression to Pyrrha that made both of them flinched slightly.

'Something is not right' they both thought of as they looked at each other.

"U-um, can we ask what is hiding on your backs?" Zack asked them.

"Hmm" both girls looked at each other then looked back at them

"Nope," they both said at the same time while smiling at them.

"Alright, well we'll go to the cafeteria then, anything you want?" Zack asked them as both of them felt like they should run away from them for a while.

'YoU'/"Nothing," both girls thought of while answering differently.

"Alright, let's go, Ren," Zack motioned for Ren as they quickly left the room.

"..."

"Phew, what do you think that was about?" Zack asked Ren as soon as they got out.

"Hmm, I have no idea but I did notice there were some black pieces of wrappings on your bed though," Ren replied as he contemplated their weird behavior earlier.

"Black wrappings huh, hmm, I wonder wha-I remember now!" Zack suddenly remembered while mid-sentence.

"Well?" Ren asked curiously.

"Oh, that was Blake's package, back at Menagerie she told me to get her some package of some kind, I never really peeked inside though," Zack answered as he remembered the first time he had to get it.

"You see, I got a request from Blake again a few days ago, she told me to go there and show them her text to the owner then he will know what to give me," Zack said.

"Ok, then where was it from?" Ren asked again.

"Oh, in this shop, its name was Tukson's Book Trade," Zack replied.

"Hmm, do you wanna go there now? I was going to take out my Fenrir later today," Zack asked as he misses riding on his Fenrir.

"Hmm, sure, let's go" Ren agreed as they walked away from their room.

Back at their room.

It was silent for a while in the room then Pyrrha looked towards Nora,

"I told you, you should've locked the door, if you did then you and Ren would already be in a relationship now," Pyrrha said to Nora.

"I know, I was just excited seeing this book, who knew Zack has something like this in his possession, right!" Nora said excitedly while taking out the book in her hands.

"Yes, yes, I know, I was the one who found it, but the question is, where did he get this from?" Pyrrha asked in suspicion as she studied the book in Nora's hand.

"Who cares! Now with this! We finally have the way to make those two head over heels for us!!" Nora exclaimed.

*sigh* "I know, I know, but anyway, which page were we at again?" Pyrrha asked as she opened the book.

"Umm I can't remember, let's just read it all again!" Nora replied.

The book in their hands is a black book, on its front cover there was a pink colored text that says "Ninjas of Love III"
