Rose gasped, wide-eyed, the words leaping out at her. Of all people to interrupt, it was her son. A tide of hatred rose so swiftly in her chest. She flashes her cruel dark eyes at Childe. She rose suddenly. "What the hell are you talking about?" she spoke in the harsh voice of despair.
Mike signaled her to be quiet then he blurted out, "All of the board members are here except Terence Yates. He officially told me that no matter what is to be discussed, he wants to be involved whenever voting takes place."
