It was a funny moment, for the following several minutes. Li would push forward with all his might before taking cover as the others retaliated. It wasn't even a fight anymore rather than flight.
I walked leisurely in the back with Lilith, Kai, Vega, Raven and Widget. We just conversed like nothing was happening just ahead of us.
Were like a group of elders watching our juniors as they caused trouble on someone else's compound.
As they were too busy raising guns between each other, they took the stairs as we went for the elevators. The doors opened into a chaotic lobby. Although there weren't gunfire sounds around, personell were being stuffed into army trucks as they sped off into the desert.
We watched as people run from us in fear. We couldn't be bothered. We walked leisurely around as if they were not around. Our actions confused them even more.
