That was the only thing in Glen's mind as he jumped over the crater that had just been dug into the soil. He hadn't even waited for the lightning to be completely dissipated, so to make sure nothing happened to him, he had activated his Protection Skill. Le werewolf saw Black's eyes widen and the next moment the expression on his face changed.

Glen saw the glint in his eyes and knew what he was about to do. Nonetheless, the alpha didn't want to back up. He wanted to take this chance. He wanted to kill Black and finally rid the werewolves and the rest of the world of this threat, once and for all. He prayed for Connor's spell to protect him from what was undoubtedly to come and he bared his fangs to bite Black.
