LUKE'S POV.....

Stepping out of Aurelia's room, Carter rushed over to my side.

“ Beta! The search parties have been sent out”

“ Make sure they go beyond our territory, send words to every pack and tell them we are ready to form an alliance with them if they can help us with the whereabouts of the alpha”

“ Yes beta!”

“ Also send words to our informant and find out what Matt was up to before he came here. I will go see the elders now, keep me posted of any new development”.

“ Yes beta!”

I gently sigh, trying to keep my cool before entering the ancestral hall.

They all heard a gloomy look on their faces, Dario was the strongest alpha of all packs within our territory, the elders believed he was the reason we prospered, and now he was nowhere to be found, I could hear the racing of their heartbeats trying to pop out
