A new day

After reaching home,Anu packed her luggage and moved back to city K the next day to continue her senior high school.

After traveling back,she settled in her new dorm room and met her new roommates Pooja,Swetha,and Rihana.The other three seemed to be very close and already started sharing personal stuff with each other.

It looked awkward for Anu to get into middle of the conversation as they started showing off their previous grades and academic results. Anu said she has some things to take care and she left to hospital from there.

At the hospital...

After reaching the city hospital,at once she thought about the therapist she met yesterday .

as usual she was waiting for her number to be called ..

'Where is he?I thought I could see him again,if he was here I could kill my boredom by enjoying his looks rather than scrolling these boring articles' Anu mumbled .After getting her schedule for treatment ,she left without getting a chance to meet him.

she thought 'may be he is busy ...uggghhh Anu get hold of yourself how can you go crazy about a handsome face that you met just yesterday...you still have a month to get to know about him once you start your treatment here.'

she went to school to report and inform about her schedule and to get excused from classes for a month.

Anu started her senior high school in No.3 city high school which is second best in her province, she chose this school because it's near to her place and provides best education for science opting students compared to No.1 city high school which provides best education for Mathematics .

Eventhough they are best high schools...each and every school has their own merits .

At the school...

Anu went straight to the principal Mr.Reddy's office there she met her mentor Mr.Ojha and dean Mr.pani.

"Good Afternoon sirs." Anu greeted them.

"Good afternoon Miss.Take your seat .How can I help you?" asked Mr.Reddy.

Anu opened her sling bag and took out a letter and passed it to Mr.Reddy .After receiving the letter,Mr.Reddy's smile dimmed thinking it was another recommendation .

After opening it,he looked at Anu with smile and said "Welcome to No.3 city high school Miss.Anu,never thought you will report this soon."

"Yes sir,But I came to request a medical leave for a month ,I thought I could attend afternoon sessions but my doc suggested bed rest .I hope you can grant me leave ".Anu explained.

"you didn't even start attending classes and you are asking for a month's leave which will affect your grades ,you know you can't get permission without a valid reason. " Mr.Reddy expressed with slight frown .

Anu took out another letter that she got from her doctor and gave it to Mr.Reddy .After scanning through the contents ,he gave her medical leave .Anu bid her farewell and nodded at the other two present there and left.

"she is the transfer student I am talking about Mr.Ojha that you have to take care."said Mr.Reddy .

"She is Anu Iyer?She is already here requesting for leave even before classes got started?How can I take care ,if she is like this?"complained Mr.Ojha.

"She will take care of her studies,you just have to provide her with things she asks for." said Mr.Reddy to Mr.Ojha making the other frown.

"Mr.pani ,you don't seem to surprised about that girl?you knew that she is coming to our branch ?" Inquired Mr.Reddy .

"Yes,she came here solely because her parents want her to be close to home so they can take care of her,she also has some health issues that she needs to care for, whatever the reason is ,the girl who walked out of this room is a biggest chip we have for this year's National talent hunt and to fight head on head with No.1 city high school.I don't ask you to give her some special treatment, I only want her to be out of all the rich kid politics that usually happens here.Make sure that she won't think about going back to Main branch."Mr.Pani hinted and left the office.

At the same time...after leaving the school campus, Anu bought some chewing gum and a few strawberry flavored milkshake cartons and walked back to her dorm.

After reaching the dorm room ,she found that her bed was piled with all sorts of things .

"I am cleaning my bed and stuff,can you wait for some time,I will remove them soon"Swetha said nonchalantly not thinking how inconvenient it will be for the other party.

Not wanting to make a scene ,Anu went and sat in the balcony and started jotting down about her day in her journal.After a while she went in and found that the things were still lying on her bed ,she took out her art journal and made her way back to balcony and started scanning her surroundings and made some rough sketch.

After sometime she got satisfied with her work and peered into her mobile to find out that it's already time for dinner.

She went back to find her bed in the same mess,without saying anything she left for canteen.

"why is acting as if ,it's nothing and look at her arrogance" swetha started complaining about Anu with the other two in the room.

"Yeah,she acts as if we don't exist ."Pooja chimed in.

Rihana just nodded and didn't comment on anything thinking they were overboard about messing with Anu' bed.

After dinner,Anu bought some candies and came back to room by 6.30 pm .She took the entire mess on her bed and threw it into the balcony, cleaned her bed and sat down with her laptop and journal.

After the three came back,swetha started screaming and pointing her fingers at Anu and balcony .

"How can you throw my stuff over there ,didn't I tell you that I will take them after sometime,I am speaking to you can't you reply ?Are you deaf?" swetha screamed hysterically .

Rihana frowned and nudged Anu with her hand,asking her to speak.

Anu removed her earphones and Inquired "What's the matter?"

swetha's face became red with anger and asked what her things where doing in balcony.

"Ah,I thought you don't need them anymore and forgot to remove from my bed,so I helped you by keeping them there,I didn't want to dump them in wastebin because what if you want them after throwing, no need to thank me,we are roommates after all.Do tell me if you need my help in future."replied Anu with a sweet smile that almost blinded the other party, leaving her dumbfounded Anu put back her earphones and started working on laptop.

Rihana found it very hilarious and wanted to laugh ,but controlled it by covering her face and went back to her bed and started doing her work.

Soon it started raining and swetha started picking up her stuff and cursing Anu.

By 9pm Anu stopped working on her laptop and took out her earphones ,she took out her favorite strawberry milkshake that she bought in the afternoon and made her way to balcony,after enjoying the night view for some time,she took out her mobile and called her mom,after chatting for sometime,she replied to all the messages in her whatsapp and went back to her bed by 10 pm.

Thinking about the things that happened today ,she felt upset that she couldn't get to see the handsome therapist. soon she drifted into her dreamland.
