After filling out that CYOA Waifu Catalog, I get transported into my favorite game with a chance of getting more powerful and visiting another world as well. Well, I will do my best for my new job. Chapter 80

The final battle is here. I look at the massive city in front of us. Sol-Falena is the same majestic city as the first time I first visited it. Sadly, it is literally on fire this time. Two armies march from the west and the east while we are sailing from the south.

I take a deep breath and look at the incoming enemy that sailed toward us. I look at my unit and say.

"Pull! Aim!"

The archers quickly pull their strings and aim at the incoming ships.

"Loose!"

A hail of arrows flies toward the incoming ships and rain upon the enemies. When I see there are mages on their ships, I take a deep breath and spread my mana deep into the river. My mana sense appears just underneath one of the ships and controls the water underneath the ship to create a sharp pillar of water to stab one of the mages in the neck.

When they see their mage get killed behind them, the enemy archers start to panic and be on guard. One unit is distracted, and I focus on the other mage, who starts looking around. Sadly for him, my water spear is too fast for him to block. Another mage is dead.

I continue to kill mages that get within my range, and my unit keeps firing their arrows at the enemy.

"Keep firing!"

I shout the order as I decide to be a support after killing my twentieth mage. I take out a crate full of potions and shout.

"Potions! Drink them and return to your station!"

The one that got shot by the arrows ran toward me. They pull out the arrow and start to bleed, but before they lose too much blood, they drink the potions and see their injury quickly heal up. I nod and focus on the one that was severely injured by the arrows.

I gather them, pull out all the arrows, spray the health potions, and cast a spell that heals many people at once.

"Kindness Rain"

A blue light comes out of my body and creates a small rain that heals the people around me. Seeing they are ready to go, I say.

"Back to your station!"

"Yes, sir!"

I get up and take a deep breath. We are getting closer and closer to the port, where a fleet is already waiting for us. As we get closer, I hear a war horn being blown, and I quickly order my unit to slow down.

Logg and his ramming boats sail at very high speed. They crash into the fleet and push through their formation to make their formation as tight as possible. After crashing their ship into the enemies' ships, Logg and the others start to jump from one ship to another and engage in close combat.

My unit follows the ramming units from behind, and we jump into the battlefield when we are near them.

"Attack!"

I roar as my unit takes out their swords and starts attacking any Godwin's Army in sight. The Dahak and the others support us from behind using arrows and magic. We held our ground and made sure the Godwin did not burn our ship while waiting for the others to arrive here and help us.

I swing my sword sideways to kill the soldiers in front of me and roll down when I see one of them try to stab me. I take out a second sword from my pocket dimension and stab him right in the lung.

After killing him, I throw his corpse and jump to another ship to join the others. I can see the other units have already arrived and joined the fight. With this, my unit's job is done.

"Retreat!"

I take my warhorn and blow it. After I blew it, my unit started to retreat and got into one of the boats on the edge of this chaotic boat formation. We sail back to the Dahak and start the plan's second phase.

|3rd POV|

Marscal Godwin looks at the battlefield in satisfaction. His army gives the loyalist army a living hell, and that is enough for him.

"Sir!"

He looks to the side and sees one of the soldiers run toward him.

"What is it?"

"The bombs we set on the dams are not responding!"

He releases a sigh and nods his head.

"I see. You can go back."

"Yes, sir!"

He knows this will happen because all his plans will fail. This is the reason why he is afraid of Lucretia and asks her to be imprisoned. She is someone who is dangerous because of how easily she can read the battlefield and the people.

As long as she has enough information, she can read all of their movements as if she can see the future.

However, she is not the only problem. Her alone will not cause this much of a problem for him and his faction. Someone helped her, and this someone managed to cause this much problem for them. Dolph already gives him a report of two people who are a problem: Gerrald, whose last name is unknown, and Chiyome Mochizuki.

He does not know the first one, but he knows that the last one is coming from the eastern continent, the continent that is shrouded in mystery as they are an isolationist continent. However, there is one thing he knows from that place.

They are masters in martial arts, and their descendants who stay in the north create a guild of assassins and spies called Ninja Guild. He knows that Chiyome is a ninja. A Master Ninja, at that.

He already accepts that the Nether Gate is not a match against them.

"Father."

Marscal snaps from his thoughts and looks at his son standing beside him.

"Should we prepare for the last stand?"

He looked at his son for a few seconds before saying.

"No. I shall be the one preparing."

"What about me?"

"You shall take a boat I already prepared for you in the hidden room. You shall go to the north and start over. I have already moved our gold to your account. You should be able to withdraw that gold from the branch bank in the northern continent."

Gizel looks at his father and says.

"You want me to run away."

"Yes."

"No!" Gizel shouts in anger. "I refuse! I will fight here until my last breath!"

Marscal grabs his son and shouts.

"Listen to me, Gizel! We might be defeated here, but I want Godwin to survive. You are my son, and you must ensure our family name will last forever. Take this as my last order for you as your lord. Get out of this place and start anew in the north."

Gizel grits his teeth in frustration, but after a few seconds, he takes a deep breath and says.

"Very well. I shall make our family name last until the end of time, Father."

"Good. Now, go."

Marscal's mind is now at ease with his son leaving him, knowing that his family will survive. He now can focus on the fight in front of him. He takes out his sword and shouts.

"Let's show those bastards the might of Godwin!"

"YEAH!"
