Medusa’s attack

Medusa's piercing gaze continued to stare at the three of them without blinking. Asher saw the angry look on the creature's face. The creature immediately crept quickly towards them, followed by its terrifying voice.

"Holy shit! We need to get out of here." Chronos pulled Asher's wrist quickly. "Now!"

The three of them immediately ran as fast as they could, trying to escape the creature's pursuit. However, the longer they ran the more statues that appeared in front of them, making their pace slow down. Damn. They had to move quickly before the hideous creature caught up with them. 

"Oh shit, what should we do now?" Chronos looked back, followed by a panting. "We can't keep running, this damn thing will catch up.

"Yeah, maybe we should find a place to hide from that thing." Merlin looked over, a tense expression on her face. "Damn, but... but I don't see anything other than this bunch of statues at all."
