The creature had a wide mouth, like the crazy plant that was after them. But this time its jaws were much longer and larger and looked like a pouch.

"Ash, be careful. We don't know what this thing will spit out." Chronos gripped his sword tightly, a tense look on his face.

The creature was slowly approaching them. Asher saw the creature's mouth tremble like it was about to spit something out of its mouth. He didn't know what was in it, but it was probably something bad.

"Chronos, we need to get away from this thing." Asher pulled Chronos' hand, trying to warn him.

Not long after, the creature's mouth grew larger and it immediately released green liquid around it. The two of them immediately jumped up and avoided the green liquid that was no different from poison.

"Damn! We need to kill this thing quickly." Chronos furrowed his brow. his hands trembled with anger.

"I'll cover your back." Asher took a deep breath, trying to remain calm.

Chronos immediately ran quickly, approaching the creature. However, the creature continuously spewed venom in all directions, making him have to be extra careful. Fortunately, Chronos managed to dodge all the attacks and launched his attack.

"Hey, looks like we've managed to find all the materials, Chronos." Asher's face lit up with smiles, his eyes twinkling. "We should go back to the village and give all these materials to the fairy elders." He strode away excitedly.

They decided to return to the village of Altaria, but unfortunately, the swarm of creatures in the forest they had first entered had already surrounded the end of the bridge on the other side. The creatures seemed unable to calm down before killing the two of them, so they decided to find another route to get out of there.

"Chronos, do you remember on that signboard it says about a cave? Maybe that could be an alternative way out of here." Asher snapped his fingers, a pleased look on his face.

"Well, that's a good idea. We should go there." Chronos nodded without showing the slightest hesitation.

They decided to go back into the forest, much deeper than before, trying to find the cave in question. At first, there was no cave in sight at all, only the lush trees that filled the place. Asher doubted whether there could be a cave. However, what he thought was wrong. A few meters ahead of them, there was a cave mouth adjacent to a small river. It was exactly as written on the signboard.

"Hey, Ash. That cave must be our way out." Chronos stepped up, a look of doubt on his face.

"Chronos wait a minute." Asher pulled Chronos' hand, holding Chronos' pace. "Look, there are some big butterfly monsters near the mouth of the cave. There are more of them and we must not be rash, Chronos." Asher sighed, his frustration returning.

Chronos was silent for a moment at Asher's words. A single large butterfly had almost killed them, what if there were more of those creatures, they surely would die instantly. Recognizing the fact from Asher's words made Chronos stop walking any further.

"So, we have to be invisible to those creatures if we want to get into the cave, but how?" Chronos scratched his head, trying to think of all possibilities.

An idea crossed Asher's mind as he observed a bunch of grass near the mouth of the cave. Perhaps they could use the grass as a hiding place for the creature. The right height also seemed to be enough to trick the creature's vision, so they could enter the cave safely.

"Chronos, I have an idea." Asher snapped his fingers, a pleased look on his face. "Come on, just follow me." He excitedly said, pointing his finger at a bunch of weeds in front of them.

Chronos only put on a confused expression at Asher's words. He had no idea what Asher was talking about, but for some reason, he just listened to Asher's words without saying much. From Chronos' point of view, he already believed that Asher's idea would help them get out of this place.

A chill ran down Asher's spine every time he walked through the tall clumps of grass. His eyes kept watching the creature's movements through the cracks of the plants, hoping that it would not find its hiding place.

"Chronos, let's get moving." He moved very slowly, his face tense.

"Yes, I know Ash, but these tall grasses are bothering my eyes. I can't see clearly." Chronos snorted, pushing aside the grass that was blocking his view.

Unfortunately, Chronos accidentally stepped on something, spraining his foot. A few minutes later, a small shout came out of his mouth, making the creatures start looking for the source of the sound.

"Oh, God." Asher shook his head, his face turning pale. "Chronos be quiet." Asher widened his eyeballs, trying to calm Chronos down.

"Damn, they're coming, Ash." Chronos crawled slowly towards Asher, a sad look on his face.

The sounds of the creatures were getting closer to them.

Asher didn't have any ideas in his brain right now, so the best thing to do was not to try to make any moves. But seeing Chronos who kept moving, made him panic even more.

"Chronos, stay there and he won't find us," Asher whispered, trying to stop Chronos' movements."Ash, but he only needs a few more steps."Chronos tried to convince Asher of his statement.

"Chronos, listen to me. Stop moving, okay? If you keep moving, those monsters will find out where we're hiding."Asher frowned, seeing Chronos' reckless behavior for the second time.

Chronos' shout made a large group of butterflies fly toward their hiding place. Sadly, there were no hiding places near them, so the grass was the only place to hide now. They quickly lowered their heads, hoping that the creatures would not notice their presence.

"Oh my God, I hope this works," Asher whispered, desperation evident on his face.

Fortunately, his wish came true. After a few minutes, the group of creatures flew away from Asher and Chronos' hiding place. Relief could be seen on their faces and they immediately sped up their pace until they reached the cave in front of them.

"Finally." Asher sighed, his tense shoulders loosening slightly.

"Alright, now we have to find a way out of here." Chronos walked into the cave, his curiosity evident on his face.

After walking for a while in the dark cave, a point of light appeared a few meters in front of him. Following the light, Asher, who realized that this was the way out, ran towards it and finally made it out of the cave.

"Wait, isn't this the entrance to the forest of Venus?" Asher scratched his head, a confused look on his face.

"Yes Ash, but now we must return to Altaria village immediately. Those poor fairies need us." Chronos pulled Asher's hand quickly, his shoulders looking tense.

Without lingering, they quickly left the forest and returned to Altaria's village. After a long walk, they finally reached Altaria's village and gave the red-hat fairy all the ingredients she needed.

The fairy in the scarlet hat soon made a potion from the ingredients. Soon, Asher smelled a strange odor like wet socks. He quickly covered his nose, hoping to get rid of the odor as soon as possible.

"Alright, the potion is finished. I hope this potion can help her" The elf in the red hat wiped the sweat from his forehead, his face looking happy.

She flew over to the poor fairy, applying the liquid to the fairy's weak body. Slowly, the bruises on the fairy's body faded. It seemed like the potion was working, but somehow even though the wounds were fading, the poor fairy was still unable to move.

She paused for a moment, her face puzzled. She was sure the potion recipe had been made with the right ingredients, but why was the fairy still unable to move her wings? A few minutes later, she snapped her fingers, her face looking happy as if she had won a lottery prize.

"Gosh, I forgot the last ingredient. Beads of light." The fairy in the scarlet hat patted his head gently. "Yes, right, light beads." She nodded her head, trying to confirm her words.

Beads of light are crystal balls that are the source of energy for fairies. It is found in a river in the forest of Venus, but there are strange creatures guarding the crystal and putting it at the bottom of the river to maintain the purity of the light.

Recommended classes: Thief, ranger.

Without hesitation, they both accepted the mission. The scarlet hat fairy told them how to get the grain of light, but it didn't seem to be as easy as they thought. Because they have to deal with the guardians of the Venus River.
