Experimental creature

Following Asher's heartbeat, Edian was getting closer and closer to the wooden box where they were hiding. Dammit. It seemed that there was now absolutely no way out of this situation and surely this time they would be caught by Edian. 

"Oh, I don't wanna see this." Merlin closed her eyes rapidly and clugged her hand tightly. 

However, it turned out that the goddess of fortune was still back on their side. The moment when Edian was about to open the box they were hiding in, a loud bang suddenly sounded causing Edian to immediately leave the box along with all his bodyguards. 

"Gosh, that's close." Asher took a deep breath, realizing he had escaped from the incident. "Good, now it's our chance. We can get out of this box." Asher slowly lifted the lid of the box a little, looking around him. "Good, it seems that the surrounding situation is safe. Come on, we need to get out of this place quickly."

"Asher, are we sure we're safe now?"
