Asher couldn't look away, seeing the scratches forming on the fairy's small wings, causing this poor fairy to be unable to move. Sadness and anger mixed in Asher's mind as if he wanted to avenge the actions of the creature that had heartlessly attacked this fairy.
"Chronos, we must take this fairy to Altaria village." Asher slowly lifted the fairy, worry showing on his face.
"I agree, Ash." Chronos nodded his head without hesitation.
They immediately left this forest, rushing back to the village of Altaria. Fortunately, one of the three elf elders was in the village square, and they immediately spoke to the fairy elder, informing him of the condition of the poor fairy they had found.
"My goodness, thank you for bringing our friend back." The fairy in the red hat smiled, her happiness obvious.
'You have completed the quest: Lost Fairy part 1. Earned 1700 Exp.'
'You have earned 200 gold coins.
Looking at the wound on the poor fairy's wing, the scarlet hat fairy could only sigh. In her opinion, she might be able to help this fairy, but she needed a lot of ingredients to make medicine. Those ingredients were also not easy to find as they came from several different creatures.
"I really can't gather all those ingredients alone." The fairy in the red hat lowered her head limply, sadness radiating from her actions.
"We'll help you find the items you need." Asher nodded quickly, no hesitation visible on his face.
"Relax, we won't let this fairy die." Chronos smiled, his words sounding reassuring.
Those words instantly made the scarlet hat fairy slowly look up, staring at the faces of the two of them, showing an expression of disbelief. Gently, he then wiped away his tears, smiled at them, and gave a list of materials.

Asher slowly moved his eyes, looking over the list of required materials. It seemed that there were some items that Asher had already obtained while fighting the wild wolves in the forest of Altaria, so only a few other materials were needed to complete this mission.
"I'll take care of this fairy, you guys be careful." The fairy in the red hat smiled, relief showing on her face. "Oh and you can find all the materials inside the Altaria forest, so I wish you good luck." She waved her hand, her voice sounding excited.
The two of them left the fairies and started searching for the whereabouts of the required materials. At least now they knew where all the materials were, but now a new problem arose. Their strength was now no match for the monsters in the forest, so they had to do something.
"Ash, we can buy items or weapons to increase our strength." Chronos snapped his fingers, excitement in his eyes. "Uh, wait, it looks like the place is around here somewhere." He narrowed his eyes, fine wrinkles appearing around his eyes. "Oh, that's it. That's the place i have talked about, Ash."
Chronos' index finger pointed to a small house next to the flower cart. Heck. He almost didn't even realize that there was a building there, probably because it was located in a corner.
"Come on, maybe there may be a weapons suit with our money now" Chronos ran quickly, the sense of excitement evident in his actions.
"But, hey, Chronos, wait a minute," Asher shouted, his neck veins visible at a glance.
Chronos didn't hear Asher's voice. It seemed like his shout drowned out the sounds around him. He just sighed, running after Chronos who was already in front of him. The two of them decided to go to the equipment seller's shop and buy the weapons or items needed.
'You bought Altaria's fairy wand (lv.1)'
[The fairy wand widely used by fairies in the village of Altaria can increase mana power by about +20.]
'You bought 2x potions, 4x bombs, 2x antidotes.
[Potion: Restores HP (Health Point) of allies in small amounts]
[Bomb: A small bomb that produces an explosion to kill monsters]
[Antidote: Medicine to eliminate the effects of poison]
"Alright, I'm ready!" The aura of excitement was evident in Chronos' eyes, his voice full of determination
"Alright, I'm sure we can defeat those creatures now." Asher nodded his head, his spirits high.
Fortunately, Asher wisely listened to Chronos' advice. By purchasing weapons, his mana lasted longer, allowing him to cast more healing skills, and Chronos' attack increased as well. Once they arrived at the forest, the few wild wolves that attacked them seemed to be easier to defeat now, as their level slowly rose to lv. 6.
"Ash, do you see any other monsters besides this wolf?" Chronos narrowed his eyes, trying to look around.
"No, I don't see anything." Asher sighed, a glimpse of disappointment.
As Asher looked around, he could see the mouth of the cave covered in vines. He thought maybe that end of the cave was connected to another place. His curiosity was instantly aroused in his mind, making him even bolder in stepping there.
They walked closer to the entrance of the cave and they couldn't see anything. It was too dark inside, like there was nothing, such a dead end. However, this was a bit strange because somehow Asher could feel the wind blowing from inside the cave. Asher's mind began to struggle, trying to convince himself in his mind.
"Hey, Ash what are you thinking." Chronos snapped his fingers, a curious look on his face.
"I just want to confirm whether this cave is a dead end or not." Asher stroked his chin, a serious look on his face.
Chronos shook his head, watching Asher continue to stroke his chin without doing anything. So, without thinking, Chronos took a deep breath and walked into the cave alone, leaving Asher behind.
"Hey, but we don't know what's in there?" Asher furrowed his brows, feeling confused.
Once again, Asher's words fell on deaf ears, leaving Asher annoyed with his attitude. He felt that Chronos kept acting on his own without listening to his words. However, he decided to follow him into the cave because he didn't want his teammate to do anything reckless.
Dark and silent, that was how Asher felt as he stepped into the cave, but there was something strange. The more he stepped inside, the stronger the wind blew. He knew there was something strange about this cave, but he didn't know what it was.
"Hey, have you found anything?" asked Asher curiously, his mind starting to get unsettled.
"No, I don't see anything here," Chronos replied to Asher's words, his voice clear.
After a while, their search finally paid off. Chronos saw a speck of light in the darkness. Without hesitation, they ran towards the light that led them out of the dark cave.
"Finally, we're out of this damn cave." Chronos sighed, his tense gaze slowly loosening.
"Alright, but where are we now?" Asher looked around, his brows furrowed.
Asher's face immediately tightened, seeing something in front of him. It wasn't the lush, tall trees that filled this place or the towering thorny fence in front of him, but the sight of an old fairy alone in the middle of this lonely, dark forest. It looked a bit strange, but what he was doing alone in this place?
What do you expect when you see an old man in the middle of a dark forest by himself? Strange, isn't it? Well, I don't know what he's doing in the forest, but there must be a reason why the old elf is in the forest, right?
