After Ai Jiang tu and mayor's discussion team decided to go near the sea side where lastly monsters are seen, where national team encountered with bunch of a red water monkey monsters which were ultimately annihilatied but in this fight gyun yu decided to provoke alex instead of mofan as he is acting close to mu Ning xue and therefore made a bet where he was completely crushed and lost 20 million. alex isn't one of those who let the opportunity sunk so he made sure either he will pay or his clan this type of warning wasn't much a threat but he was slightly or more like completely afraid of the mage court behind alex so his only choice is to curse his luck and pay as so he did. they did encountered with commander level monster where Ai Jiang tu took the charge and his curse element did the damage to the soul of the monster. after that story remains the same as in the canon where a child specifically mayor's relative (nephew) get abducted but mofan and Zhao manyan took the wind and chased it and as in the story crushed the monster. infant was saved by Zhao manyan and nanrong joint effort by their timely action and healing. mayor agrees to send national team to Japan. During the whole action alex hadn't done much as he was cultivating his new elements which he acquire after attaining super level mage and mostly spend his free time with mu Ning xue as his heavenly seed helps her in smoothing her soul. After delivering the orb alex left them by saying he ain't gonna part of the shit that can affect someone's mind as he hated someone messing with his mind. mofan's got his mission regarding safely transportation of the orb with the help of instructor to Tokyo, which he accepted it with a heavy heart as he got the clue regarding red demon origin. Next day national team left the mage tower in the bus to tokyo with Japanese instructor tagging along in the same bus.
