Their food was prepared very quickly and the couple started to eat.
Gu Xin Ye was still unable to calm down after she had kissed Qin Zhan on his cheek.
She always felt as if she had done something bad and could not look at Qin Zhan straight in the eyes.
Gu Xin Ye lowered her head and ate her meal slowly. Once in a while, she would raise her head and peek at Qin Zhan.
Her grip on the chopsticks tightened the moment she met Qin Zhan's gaze.
Gu Xin Ye had to remind herself again not to be too silly in front of Qin Zhan.
"You looked tired," Gu Xin Ye spoke, wanting to divert her attention. She had long noticed the tired look under Qin Zhan's eyes. "Are you that busy with the event at the hotel?"
Qin Zhan lowered his chopsticks and smiled. "Worried about me?" A chuckle escaped him when he saw the shy look on Gu Xin Ye's face again. "It's not bad. The event ended today. I won't be busy at the hotel for the next few weeks."
