Gu Xin Ye had a sheepish smile on her face. "Just recently."
Lin Qiao recalled that Gu Xin Ye did not come to the company in the morning. "Did you go and discuss with him just now?"
"Mhm..." Gu Xin Ye did not deny it. She paused and heaved a sigh. "I wasn't sure how the discussion was going to be. Therefore, I think it was better not to talk about it before everything is confirmed."
Lin Qiao nodded a few times. She had always known that Gu Xin Ye was always careful with her projects.
A thought came to Gu Xin Ye's mind, making her pause her work again. "Lin Qiao, don't tell Yi Nian that I went to see Qin Zhan. Otherwise, she'll be teasing me endlessly again. It would be too embarrassing for me to face Qin Zhan if I kept on remembering about Yi Nian's teasing."
