Chapter 14: Wolf Essence

"No, please no, let me go Josh please" I pleaded as Josh dragged me farther into the woods

"Shut up Lorraine and come with me silently" he said, gripping my hand tighter and dragging me along

I tried to break free from his strong hold but he was much more powerful than me and my wolf was of no help too, as usual

"Josh please, I'll do anything but please let me go" I pleaded earnestly hoping he'll listen

"I'll let you go Lorraine, I'll let you go when I finish doing all I want to do with you" Josh threw me to the ground like I weighed nothing and I fell with my face hard on the floor

He pinned me to the dark ground, looming over me like a predator and I felt helpless as I weeped

"Shut up Lorraine, if you draw attention to us with your screams then I will kill you Lorraine, I will kill you and believe me no one will ask a damn question" Josh warned, ripping my clothes apart and leaving my chest exposed

I felt naked and overpowered, I hated myself and the goddess that put me in such a state, I tried to cover up my chest with my arms but Josh held my hands to the ground tightly

Jayden lurched at Josh too and they both began to beat Josh into a pulp and my poor wolf began to give him a pity he doesn't deserve

"No, no, stop please, you'll kill him if you continue" I said rushing to stop the twins from lashing more beating at Josh

The twins stopped momentarily and Josh immediately staggered up and made a run for it

Jordan made to go after him but I held his arm and he stopped

"Let him go, please" I said, still covering whatever I could of my chest with one hand

Jordan stared at me for a moments, removing the jacket of the black tuxedo he wore, he moved closer to me and covered me up with it

He moved his face closer to my ear, so close that I could feel his hot breaths hitting against my skin and giving my stomach butterflies

"One day Lorraine, one day, I am going to kill that fool" Jordan whispered into my ear and walked off, leaving me alone with Jayden

"Where..... where's he going off to? How.....how are you guys even here?" I asked Jayden whose eyes has never stopped staring at me since they stopped beating the wolf out of Josh

"You are hurt" he said as moved closer to me and touch my forehead

"It's bleeding, your head is injured again, this is the second time you are hurting your head today" Jayden said, his voice filled both anger and worry

"Oh, I didn't realize I was hurt" I said

It must have happened when Josh pushed me and my face had hit the ground

I quickly tried to clean off the blood but Jayden held my hand, stopping me

"What are you doing?" he asked

"I'm trying to clean off the blood, it might take a little time but the cut will heal just like the one I got from Lisa took some time but still healed in the end" I uttered

"Let me heal you" Jayden said, moving his face closer to mine, he locked his lips with my lips, taking me by surprise, he is kissing me!!!

He sucked my lower lips like a hungry wolf which he probably is cause in that moment, I heard his wolf growl and I heard his voice in my head

I touched my forehead and I noticed it was completely healed now, What?! So quickly? But how?

"How is my cut healed so quickly? Because you kissed me?" I asked and he nodded

"If a kiss from you can heal me then why didn't you....." I stopped upon realizing what I was about to say, how could I ask why he didn't kiss when I was injured in the morning and they allowed me heal on my own, but saying that will make me look I wanted him to kiss me sooner and that is not the case, right?

"You were saying something" Jayden reminded

"No, no it's nothing" I said quickly and Jayden chuckled

"You were going to ask why I didn't kiss you in the morning if my kiss could heal you of your injuries" Jayden said and I nodded slowly, wondering how he was able to guess correctly

"My kiss contain a little bit of my essence and so does my brother's, our essence can heal you because you are our Mate, we could have kissed you in the morning if it could heal your injury but it cannot, like I said, our kiss contains very little of our essence and the injury you had in the morning was a very deep one which a kiss alone wouldn't have been able to heal you, if we wanted to heal you in the morning, I don't think you'll have consented to the process that will get a lot of our essence into your body"

"What process is that?" I asked

"You really want to know?" Jayden asked and I nodded
