Prince Scott replied, " I know the reason why you called me here. The answer to your question is Yes. James knows about this."

His father asked him ,"What are you planning Scott? Why didn't you discuss it with me before?"

Scott replied," I already discussed this with you father ten years ago. "

Lord William did not understand. He knitted his eyebrows and asked," What do you mean?"

Meanwhile the Queen was silently listening to their conversation.

Lord Scott said," Ten years ago when you fell sick and were in a critical state, the country was in chaos. You asked my elder brother to take up the position of crown prince and solve the internal affairs but he rejected your offer saying he has no interest in being an Emperor. He wants to be a commander. He also wanted to research in medicines and become a doctor and to help people."

Lord William was listening and said," Yes so I appointed him to take care of Southern Regions as a Commander and he is also the royal doctor. What does that have to do with this?"

Lord Scott smiled and said," I have not done yet. That time you asked me the same question. I hesitated because I was only 18 at that time and I was interested in my own life. But I knew I had to support you and my country so I agreed and inreturn I asked you to promise me one thing. Do you remember father?"

Lord William started to think as he totally forgot his promise.
