Chapter 29: An Opening
Gemma smiled at Blaze tiredly as she snapped her planner shut before placing her hands on the desk in front of her. She had chosen to stop avoiding Blaze and resolved to keep it completely professional when she saw him next. Jay had scheduled the appointment at the end of the day so she could just go home after it was over.
Gemma and Blaze had just discussed his schedule for the upcoming month; she had just given him a list of dates for interviews and appearances that she'd managed to set up. This was also the chance for him to tell her if there were any specific shows, podcasts, or publications he wanted to be featured on.
"That's all for today, unless you have something you wanted to address?" Gemma asked with a quizzical look.
Blaze smiled at her worriedly. "Are you okay? Your energy is really low - you can tell me to f*ck off and mind my business if I'm overstepping."
Gemma chuckled quietly before sighing sadly. "I'm kind of going through a rough patch in my relationship."
