Arlayna took a break from talking and observed the children for a moment before playfully poking them with her fingers. She felt immense joy at having her daughter by her side once more.
Shortly thereafter, she made the choice to continue sharing stories of this world with the two kids.
"Currently, the various races across the world are engaged in battle against terrifying monsters; however, without their deities to aid them, their ultimate downfall is inevitable. They are devoid of hope, as even their most powerful beings are only at a level of 40. The endless horde of dark creatures continues to grow in numbers, while the populations of the races steadily diminish with each passing day.".
Kaylessa and Ayaka could detect the quiver in Arlayna's voice as she spoke, and the profound sadness was evident in her words.
"Kids, I cannot come into the world without alerting the Titans and causing more harm. Therefore, I need both of you to go to the coalition of race barracks and learn how to survive there. I will keep an eye on you in case of serious danger and step in when necessary, but otherwise, I want you to become stronger on your own."
Arlayna gently tapped the youngsters with her fingertips following her statement. Kaylessa was not one to dwell on thoughts too deeply; hence, she simply gave a nod in response. Meanwhile, Ayaka couldn't shake the fear looming within her, anxious at the possibility of another unfortunate event befalling Kaylessa.
"I know someone within the coalition barracks who can assist you in enrolling without any difficulties and will oversee you for now. Only this person is aware of your identities; under no circumstances should you reveal who your mother or leader is. This is to avoid any potential issues in the future. Do you understand?"
Kaylessa and Ayaka nodded.
"Alright, it's bedtime for the two of you, right? I will wake you up in the morning to help you get ready to go. Now, rest well, and may the powerful glow of the lighting chase away any bad dreams."
Arlayna provides them with two blankets that are appropriate for their size; as she stands at a height of 8 meters, her blanket would be perilous for them.
Ayaka glanced at Kaylessa before embracing her around the waist and resting her forehead on hers. She then closed her eyes to drift off to sleep. Kaylessa was unperturbed by the gesture, while Arlayna let out a quiet chuckle.
Arlayna woke up after a couple of hours, realizing that it was time to prepare the children. She gently prodded them to wake them up. Kaylessa was the first to awaken, but she noticed that Ayaka was still snuggled up to her in her sleep, so she waited before waking her up.
After an hour had passed, they were prepared to depart, and Arlayna then distributed weapons to them. Specifically, she provided Kaylessa with a 2.5-meter silver spear that could endure extreme heat, and for Ayaka, she offered a bow crafted from an aged tree that magically increased the weight of arrows to 200 kg upon release without impacting accuracy or distance.
Before meeting her contact on the outskirts of the barracks, she gave the children a final embrace and then opened a portal for them.
After passing through the portal, they encountered a 2-meter-tall man with a lengthy black beard and hair to match who bore a massive two-handed sword strapped to his back. He was clad in thick gray armor and a crimson cape.

"Hello newbies, You have arrived at one of the battlefields in this chaotic world we call home. I go by the name Benedic Jetro, but from now on, I expect you to address me as General. Is that clear?"
Benedict possessed a commanding voice that could catch a grown man off guard and leave him feeling tense.
Bot Kaylessa and Ayaka both nodded in agreement, indicating their comprehension.
"Alright, come with me. It's not smart to be so far from the defensive line by yourself. We're near one of the dormant titans, and even though they're asleep, they continue to release a lot of those creatures."
With obvious irritation, Benedict made his statement, leading Kaylessa and Ayaka to choose silence and follow his lead.
After exiting the forest, they were able to catch a glimpse of the frontline headquarters on their side of the world. The territory was scattered with 12 floating mountains, each topped with a large tower.
Beyond the 12 mountains lay a massive floating peak, which was three times the size of the rest. It boasted three identical towers to those on the other mountains, though with the addition of a tall, white tower.
In the sky, numerous warriors were spotted riding various flying creatures, patrolling around the towers. On the ground, several armed squads were observed moving back and forth, along with cavalry troops rushing in and out of the front entrance, eagerly heading towards different destinations.
Ayaka felt a flood of emotions and sought solace in wrapping her arms around Kaylessa's, reluctant to release her grasp due to the immense comfort she found in Kaylessa's presence.
Kaylessa was unconcerned and observed the surroundings from various angles, taking in new sights she had never experienced before. After following Benedict for a few minutes, they eventually arrived at their final destination.
It was the barracks of the Crimson Knights under General Benedict.
The large structure was constructed using stones, and through its windows, one could observe cannons and various armed soldiers entering and exiting, each adorned with a unique Crimson cloak.
These locations will symbolize the start of our tale about the birth of an empire forged through sacrifice and struggle. It will recount the saga of the initial Empress, the fabled Thunder Empress, along with her commanders and vast army.
A gigantic, ominous cloud can be observed in the distance, effortlessly annihilating an entire world. The mysterious cause leaves one to wonder. °°
