This leaf had an active ability on it called the 'Oak Recovery' which had the same healing effect as a level 5 'Rejuvenation', healing the target's HP by 450-600 over 12 seconds.
If one were desperate, one could use 'Oak Recovery' three times in a row, but that would cost a hefty price of over 20,000 utility points and 10 potential points.
