A room which is uncomfortably quiet and a girl who is even more so weirdly quiet, other than her breathing nothing shows that she is alive. But inside her head there is a storm brewing ever since she decided to get out of that place. People with super powers. Not an imagination anymore?? People having powers divided between the evil path and the path of righteousness?? In the midst of all this, a blooming heartwarming romance as the saying goes 'Even in the times of war, love is still there.' So let's go on a journey together with me to further find out- Who's the girl? Why is she trying to leave? What will the future hold for her? ------------------------------------------------------------ "Stop!" she said to him. "First, tell me how do you know about these things." "You don't believe me, do you?" he asked her. Even after waiting to hear her reply for about a minute, when he didn't hear anything he said, "It's because you don't remember the things you have seen." "Then tell me everything. Everything that I have forgotten." she replied. ------------------ Image by Sunny Daye from Pixabay.
Katie took a deep breath standing where she was and walked so as to approach the couch. She flopped down on the couch. Merry wanted to say something to her. But she hadn't figured out what or how to.
Finally, Merry figured that Katie probably didn't want to hear anything right now. So she just sat down beside her. She thought Katie would prefer, if she just be there for her without saying anything.
They both sat there in silence. William was back after tending to Henry's nose bleed after a while.
"Is he okay?" Katie asked William.
"Are you worried about him? Then why did you hit him in the first place?"
William's words sounded accusatory but Merry knew he didn't mean them. It was visible in his face that he just wanted to tease Katie.
"He is such a douchebag. He started first. And he always does this, when his ego is hurt."
Katie jerked up on her feet and went back to her room getting frustrated.
