Tashina rushed down the hall after she exited the chamber. She needed to leave this place as soon as possible before she lost it.
Her heart was in pieces and the more she walked, the more her legs felt like giving in. She felt like crying her whole eyes out but didn't know how to do so.
She didn't want to break down here, in front of the guards and the passing by werewolves. It took everything within her to hold her face straight as she walked.
As she passed by the halls, she couldn't help but be remembered about the times she had spent here.
The times she spent with him, when she was in his arms when she helped him put on his crown, and when he assured her of their love.
The love that shined in his eyes when he confessed his feelings to her and the care he used when he touched her.
Everything made tears well up in her eyes and no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't block him out of her head.
