"What are you doing?" Paul asked Theodoric.
Theodoric raised an eyebrow, acting as if he didn't understand what Paul's question meant. Even though Paul ever did the same thing to him, Theodoric never asked anything like that.
"Well, I should be the one asking you, Prince Paul. What are you doing here? You didn't answer my first question, though," said Theodoric.
Paul sighed. He restrained himself from feeling his emotions because all he needed was to see Ivy.
"I want to see Princess Ivy," Paul replied.
"Unfortunately, she is sleeping now. You should come in the afternoon or evening, Prince Paul. At times like this it is my wife's time to rest," Theodoric replied calmly.
Again, Paul sighed. He chose to return to his palace immediately instead of venting his frustration here and Melanie cursed him.
"Then I shall return to my palace," said Paul, turning and riding his horse.
