‘The wait’

The next two days went quite usually except that I received a couple of messages from Sneha regarding the same threats, but I did not bother much, though every time I told Neha about them. And then the day reached when we were going to meet. I informed my mom one day before that I was going on a trip with my friends and might get late to come back home or possibly would be staying out. She did not say anything as she too wanted me to go out to have some fun. Neha made me understand the whole route of the buses, I had to go to Shimla first as there was no direct connectivity from Chandigarh to Narkanda, and then there I had to change a bus.
