"I can give you sometime. However, it would only be two days. Anymore than that would be impossible unless you plan on waiting till next year. Which by the way, I won't be doing." Chelsea said after a sigh.
"Em... Okay," Aiden nodded. He had also realised that there was simply no way he could get extra time. Just from what he heard from Chelsea, he knew that was no longer an action.
It is either they prepare themselves or they stay for a year. Which just like Chelsea said, Aiden wasn't doing either.
"Anyway, can I do some research here?" Aiden asked after a while.
After they Chelsea gaave them her final decision, the Library had been oddly silent all this while.
The silence was suffocating so he decided to leave and do some research.
"Sigh... Why are you doing it here? Can't you do it on your phone some other time?" Ace asked.
"Nah, the information I want can only be found on the internet!" Aiden said.
"Can't you access the internet on your phone?"
"No, I am talking about galaxy wide information." Aiden shook his head and said.
"Whatever," Ace snorted and turned to Chelsea. "Chelsea, why did you decide to stay undercoveebby becoming the librarian?"
"About that... It was because..."
Aiden decided to leave duo and go do his research. Even though he was curious as to what conversation they were going to have, he knew what was better.
As someone who had almost no idea about some of the most basic things in this world, he figured out that it was better to do research rather than listen to his best friend rizzing up someone.

"Sigh, I didn't learn about their ranking system too..." Aiden sighed on his way to the research centre.
Just like any 'magic' world in a book, anime or even movies, this world also had it's own leveling system. A system that was used to guage the strength of individuals in it.
And since this world also contained magic, of course there was a leveling system too. However Aiden didn't know if this previously. It was only when they were in the Academy that he heard of them.
He had heard if the Mortal realm or even the Ascension realm. However, he didn't know what they were or their power scaling.
What he did know though, was that the Mortal realm was probably the weakest among all the realms. After all, just from listening to the name you could tell.
Aiden had made a mistake by not learning about them. He was determined to learn everything he needed before leaving. At least, the basics would do.
As Aiden wondered in thought, he soon reached the room. Just like before, the room was rich in mana.
And just like before, he felt extremly attracted to the Magic core.
This time however, he just shrugged after a while before sitting down and turning in a computer.
"Let's get done with this!" Aiden said before navigating to his most favourite browser.

[ CLASSIFICATION OF MAGES ]
[ written by Xavier Cali]
[Being a Mage just like any other profession has it's own classification.
However, unlike other professions that have their classification based on things like skill and seniority, the classsification of mages is purely based on strength and nothing else... ]
"So being a Mage is seen as a profession in this world. Moreover, they seem to play a much more important role than I thought.
"Also, It is understandable that their leveling system would be based on strength," Aiden thought.
He had witnessed this first hand from the treatment Chelsea gave Mr White.
Even though she didn't do anything over board —probably because Aiden was there— she still didn't treat Mr White with much respect as she would do in the normal society.
From what he just read now and from what he had experienced, Aiden could guess why Mr White didn't make a fuss out of it. It because of one thing: strength. If Chelsea wasn't strong, there was no way he would treat her that way.
"Seems like strength is really important in this world," Aiden quickly noted before turning his head back to get holographic monitor to read the article.

[... The classification of mages can be grouped into three main realms. Mortal realm, Ascension realm and Saint realm.
These are the three main realms that are used to represent the level of strength of mages. The Mortal realm is the weakest whilst the Saint realm is the strongest.
Beneath each realm are nine ranks or in other words the real classification of mages. These ranks are what define the strength of a Mage.
Each rank has a name that is used describe what a Mage is capable of in their rank. For example, the first rank almost everyone falls into after awakening is the elementary rank. The first of the nine ranks of the Mortal realm.
This rank is called the elemental realm not only because it is the first realm of the Mortal realm but because it is the rank whereby any Mage gets his or her element.
Another thing to note about the naming convention is that, not all people address the ranks with their names. Instead mist people normally address ranks according to their position in a rank.
An example would be an elementary Mage. Instead if him/ her being called an elementary mage, some people prefer to call it a rank one morlat realm Mage.
Even though, it is quite longer most people prefer this method since it is easily understandable.

"So that is the end? Guess I will have to read the others then. It would take me about 2 hours to finish everything." Aiden sighed and said before clicking on the first rank.
