This bond was strong enough that even the Shattering could not break it. A love story that started over 100 years ago that has been showered in blood, sweat, and tears. Yet, against all odds, they were still able to triumph in the face of adversity.
Abel and Lorelei both internally cheered; this was the one thing they did not want to change as it allowed two broken people to find each other and grow stronger. However, as they already had food and drinks from the earlier celebrations after the ceremony, the rest of the Beowolves gave the newly wedded pair their privacy.
Everyone except Abel had already been married, so they knew they needed to give the two their space. This would allow them to ignite the passion they had been keeping in, and they also prayed to the heavens that after this day, no further women would disappear to the yandere as she officially captured her prize.
The two spent the night in Cain's quarters as they consummated their marriage in loving bliss. Embracing each other intertwined, no longer knowing where one ended and the other began. As they released all the enthusiasm and affection, The Beowolf captain's quarters were filled with amorous moans and the sound of flesh slapping against flesh.
Around halfway into the night, as they lay on the bed in each other's arms, drenched in both sweat and fluids of love, Cain gently kissed his new wife's head as he said.
"I love you, El. Please never leave my side. I don't know what I would do without you."
Pleased with the love confession of her new husband, El said nothing as she wrapped her silk stockings around Cain's neck as she mounted him. She then pulled the latter's head closer to her chest as he kissed and appreciated her ample bosom.
Feeling the lust her lover exuded on to her, she pushed Cain back to the bed with great force as she began riding his body in every sense of the word. Surprised at the sadistic actions, Cain looked at his wife in wonder, only for her to say in a voice dripping in lust.
"Remember that feeling, my love; I'm going to etch myself on every part of you. After today, everyone in this universe would know you belong to me and only me."
Since the Awakened no longer needed to eat or sleep, the husband and wife continued making passionate love that increased in intensity as the hours passed.
When morning began and the Beowolves assembled, Cain looked extremely tired while El was positively glowing. Even though they didn't hear anything due to El locking the sound, everyone knew the reasons for such appearances and quietly smirked.
The mood changed, however, as the Asgardian in eastern robes arrived. They could now feel the tension as Vasiliás was stopped in front of two monster-modified jeeps. He quickly faced the Beowolves and spoke.
"Your only mission is to protect Lorelei as she heads for the forgotten ruin on Alfheim, everything else is secondary. Throughout the journey to the portal. I will remain a spectator. Expect no help from me as we traverse the desert. I will only accompany you to the main Asgardian forward base. Once we arrive, you are on your own."
The Beowolves all remained silent as they listened; Lorelei looked a little sleepy as she complained.
"Little Rai, why are there no modified trucks? How will I be able to sleep on these?"
Having his strict image assaulted by the complaining, pampered Asgardian, he could only make a face like he swallowed shit before he could say anything, though. Finally, Atele waved her hands in surrender, pulled Cain by his arm, and quickly said.
"Whatever, Cain, come with me. I have things I wish to discuss with you."
Seeing that Atele directly pried Cain from El's grip, the other Beowolves started sweating internally as they thought about controlling the Yandere, only she didn't falter and just kept smiling. Looking at the scenery with a graceful smile like she was on a picnic.
Abel and Jin, in particular, were nervous wrecks. Anyone who was there when she chanted [Sonata Mille Lamenta] for the 1st time would be the same. Wondering what was going on, Abel decided to brave the waters as the shield of the Beowolves. He proceeded to ask the smiling fairylike beauty that was positively glowing.
"Uhm, El, are you alright? Feeling a little annoyed? Irritated? Angry? Psychotic?"
El, hearing the black-haired warrior's question, smirked as she answered.
"Why would I be? I'm feeling great. The sun is so warm, and the breeze is just right for an adventure. Don't you guys feel excited?"
Feeling like he had heard things, Abel, like an experienced hunter, trodded carefully around the beauty as his instincts told him to flee. But instead, he bravely continued to poke the smiling mage and asked further.
"But Atele grabbed Cain from you and pulled him away. Normally you would be murmuring in a corner by now."
Hearing his words, veins started protruding from El's temples as her smile began to falter. However, she continued to maintain her smile forcefully and used her patience to respond slowly.
"Atele is only talking to him as the captain of our unit; she can never take Cain away from me. No matter what happens, he will always return to my embrace. Arthur's heart, mind, and soul belong to me; his body can no longer live without my touch fufu."
El moved her hand to cover her mouth with the back of her left hand as she laughed arrogantly as if boasting about her accomplishments. Adriel and Claude were already warning Abel to stop as small amounts of black Force leaked from their black-haired mage. However, like the brave or ignorant shielder he was, he didn't know when to pull back.
"Damn, that's a lot of confidence. So is this what happens when a hundred-year-old virgin finally gets her cherry popped? Or how did you put it before? Has her pussy shafted?"
*Crack* *Crack * *Crack*
The sound of the air popping could be heard around the Beowolves as large amounts of black Force erupted from El, the wind pushing her hair up towards the sky as her eyes turned red. Finally, a murmur could be heard as the sky turned black from the pulsing Force.
"This motherf*cker is asking for it; we don't need a shielder, right? Yeah, I can cast defense spells on everyone. We can make do with only five people. Jin, Cain, Adriel, and Claude are strong."
Hearing the dangerous declarations, Adriel and Claude started hitting Jin on the arms to ask him to do something. The black-haired giant kept quiet as if he wanted Abel to get an ass-kicking. Then, as Abel saw the dark skies and El covered in violent Force, he shouted even as the mage walked in his direction.
"Now that's what I was talking about; I knew you weren't all right, Oy guys, I told you she is still crazy! Guys? Where did everyone go?"
Unbeknownst to him, when El started walking, the other three wolves all left their shielder to his fate, not wanting to be caught in the aftermath. They knew the shielder should be fine, probably. But, as the winds started picking up, the radiating energy was swirling in a visible hurricane of devastating force.
El continued walking towards Abel in small steps as the latter started taking steps to retreat. Fortunately for everyone, a calm voice finally intervened.
"El, love, calm down; he is just joking. Pay it no mind."
He then proceeded to kiss her on her cheek with a small peck as he interlocked his right hand's fingers with hers. And used his left hand to stroke the head of the furious mage.
Like the effects of the 1st day of spring, the black Force around El dissipated as if they never existed. Only her loving smile was visible as her cheeks now had a rosy, white glow as the dark clouds dissipated. She then smiled as she softly nodded.
"Mm."
Her rage and fury at the shielder had now been forgotten; the other Beowolves assembled in front of Cain. As they knew, the moment for jokes had now passed, so instead, the blond swordsman started to issue instructions to his team.
"The Alfheim warp gate is 200 kilometers from here; we should be there within three days. Adriel, Jin, and Claude will ride with Vasiliás at the front, while El, Abel, and I will ride with Lorelei in the second 2nd vehicle. Drivers will rotate every three3 hours. There are reports of Rank 5 demonic beasts around the area, so keep your eyes peeled.
Let's go. The Beowolves are now officially escorting Lorelei to Alfheim!"
As Cain finished, the Beowolves responded with a military-like discipline
"Roger!"
Departing the place, some considered their home for over 50 years. Cain, Jin, and El wished to return with Bella and the twins to celebrate their victories in the future. But, unfortunately, fate is anything but kind, nor is she fair.
No one could ever imagine that this excursion would trigger the largest war known to the universe's history, called by historians as Ultima Luminaria Belli or the Last Light's War. Nor that this would be the last time any of them would ever see Black Hammer Fortress again.
