Chapter 98 - Gu Bei and Gu Lan.

Sometime after Ying Yueru had left,

Miyuki was holding a bright stone, filled with pure energy, "spiritual stones filled with Heavenly Energy. If we send these back to Tiny World, do you think it will help?" Ying Yueru gave hundreds of them before leaving.

Tatsuya rubbed his chin, "Maybe it won't. If that was possible, then the people who wanted to fight Sage Emperor would have used the loophole and militarized it."

Miyuki curled her lips in disappointment, "we still didn't get to know how to resist fate." Although they knew now that Heaven Divination was similar to Elemental Sight. Miyuki got up and sat down on the bed; she looked at Tatsuya with a shy smile, "Onii-sama, we should cultivate."

The spectral weapons disappeared as Tatsuya stood up and walked to Miyuki. His hand caressed her face; he bent down and kissed her.

"We should."

Both of them laid down on the bed, cuddling with each other. Tens of spiritual stones floated above their head. Soon, they entered a deep meditative state.

Xiao Yu looked at the Vast Courtyard; the large gate was shut tight, leaving only the side door open for entry. There were also two servants standing guard at the smaller door.

She didn't know what was going on; first, that beautiful girl comes to meet Tatsuya and Miyuki, acting as if she knew them, and they ask her to meet Gu Lan and strike a deal.

But, the secretive behavior made him feel hope; maybe Xiao Yu got some secret medicine.

He nodded, "come it."

Once they were inside, he made every servant and guards leave.

"Are you here to try to cure my sister?"

Xiao Yu shook her head, "I am bringing a message."

Gu Bei raised his eyebrows, "a message?"

Xiao Yu nodded, "I brought two people with me from Tiny World; they are very talented disciples that foster father selected for selection. They wanted to see Divine Feather Sect before registration began, so they came with me as visitors..."

Xiao Yu thought of the beautiful girl that came to meet Tatsuya and Miyuki. She could be the only one that told them about the politics of the Gu Clan.

Gu Bei frowned and stared at Xiao Yu, "It seems everyone underestimates Young Master Xiao Yu." To know so much about them, even the fact that First Elder supported them. She must have an extensive information network.

"Elder sister," Gu Bei softly called her.

The young girl looked back towards Gu Bei, confused, "You just went, did you forget something?"

Usually, Gu Bei wouldn't tell his sister about the doctors. She would always refuse with a smile; it seemed she had given up. But, he couldn't see her like this. He didn't want to give up.

After he explained the situation, Gu Lan became silent.

Gu Bei couldn't take the silence anymore, "Elder sister?"

Gu Lan twitched; she looked up, frowning, "the Xiao Yu you talk about, he couldn't know the situation of our clan. Only the other two clans or someone from our clan could know that it is the First Elder supporting us."

Gu Bei's eye flashed coldly, "you mean that someone wants to use them to hurt you?"

Gu Lan shook her head, "it doesn't feel like that."

"Call them tomorrow; I will talk to the first elder. I want to see who is planning us." Gu Lan's eyes flashed coldly.

In Glory City,

Tatsuya and Miyuki were currently in Ziyun's courtyard, watching over her.

"But, if we have enough Heavenly Energy, we can achieve the same rank in almost no time." Miyuki could feel it. It was like they had become more powerful, but there was no energy to bring out that power.

Tatsuya agreed with her, "there is a way to make that possible. We will have to wait for Xiao Yu to make the trip."

"Onii-sama, I have been meaning to ask, can't you use decomposition to create a hole in the barrier surrounding Tiny World to make a temporary channel?" Miyuki was curious as, why Tatsuya didn't directly create a channel. It shouldn't be hard for him.

"I can, but there are many variables in that. I can't be sure it will be stable; I can't be sure that it won't attract attention. If the closing of the channel breaks the connection, then I might just have to make a new one." If there was no choice, then that would be the only thing Tatsuya could do.

Miyuki gently caressed Ziyun's cheeks, who was still in a coma, "her personality has almost restored."

Tatsuya gave Miyuki a side hug, "don't worry. She will be fine. We both are here for her."

Miyuki leaned on him, "Yeah."

The Next Day,

Tatsuya and Miyuki walked towards Gu Lan's courtyard. Gu Bei was walking in front of them. He was cautiously glanced at them from time to time, especially at Miyuki. If it wasn't related to his sister, then he would definitely let his guard down in front of her.

When they reached inside the small courtyard, Gu Bei froze in his place. He couldn't move; suddenly, he felt a piercing cold that made even his soul shiver.

Gu Lan, who had been waiting for them, gazed at them severely, "what do you think you are doing?"

She wasn't worried; the First Elder was currently hiding inside in her courtyard; if this was lethal to Gu Bei, then he would move.

Miyuki glanced at frozen Gu Bei, "Next time, he will remember how to not look at a girl." She didn't like anyone but Tatsuya looking at her with such gaze.

Gu Lan looked at Gu Bei's frozen body oddly and nodded. As a beautiful woman, she understood that feeling. It's just that she had learned to ignore it.
