Chapter 30 - Day 2.

Soon they reached a big building. It was the size of the house that an Aristocratic Family had.

Two guards were standing in front of the house. One of them came forward and stopped them, "Young Master, who are you? Who do you want to meet?"

While they talked Tatsuya started working again. Yun Ling also left for her work.

Tatsuya worked till night until he finally completed the large scale array.

He walked on it and finally activated it. He disappeared when he reappeared he was in his courtyard.

He took a deep breath, "Finally!!"

He had been in a hurry. He wanted to get that bloodline and finally control his powers. He could see Miyuki and others getting stronger but, he still couldn't calm down. Probably for the first time in his life, he was lusting for more power.

He walked towards City Lord Mansion. He needed to inform them.

Before leaving, he told a guard to call Shen Xiu.

City Lord's Room,

Ye Zong was sitting with Ye Xiu when Tatsuya suddenly entered the room.

Both of them were startled usually Tatsuya was very well mannered and disciplined. If he was acting like this, something major must have happened.

Ye Xiu spoke first, "What happened?"

"I found a settlement."

Ye Zong just nodded, then he stopped as if unable to process it.

"You found what?"

"A small settlement, rather tribe. It has thousands of people. There are one black gold fighters and many gold ranks. They don't have a cultivation technique. If they had then we can get a huge force of demon spiritualists. There is also a short way to infinite forests and other new places to explore. I have already build a teleportation array that connects two places. I will build one outside Glory City and connect two of them."

Ye Xiu just rubbed his bear and nodded, "Good!!"

Ye Zong slapped the table, "What good? How did find a settlement? Did you sneak out? You are just silver rank, what do you think you are doing sneaking out. If something happened to you?"

Tatsuya sighed and sat down while explaining to him most things. Even about the black cloak.

Ye Zong slapped the table, a vein appeared on his forehead, "Fine!! but you take someone to protect you."

Tatsuya nodded, "Ok! I will go build the Array for now."

After Tatsuya left

Ye Xiu spoke, "He will disappear after building the array."

Ye Zong sighed, "I know, the kid never listens."

Ye Xiu knit his brows, "He looked restless."

Ye Zong nodded, "You noticed."

Ye Xiu asked, "Did something happen?"

Ye Zong told him about the Sacred Family and Dark Guild. He was just about to talk to him before Tatsuya came.

Ye Xiu frowned, "No wonder the kid is restless. He has always been cautious. He makes backup plans for his backup plans, all of a sudden there might be a traitor between us. This threw him off. What do you plan about the Sacred Family."

"I plan on leaving them to Tatsuya. We should focus on this new settlement. Tatsuya was right this could become a path to expand Glory City." As if remembering something he smiled.

Ye Xiu stood up, "then I will go see the settlement. We have been trapped behind these walls for way too long."

When Tatsuya reached his courtyard Shen Xiu was waiting for him.

When he saw her he could still see fear hidden deep within her eyes.

"Did the Dark Guild members come?"

She shook her head, "Not yet."

She bowed and looked down, "It is all because of you." Although she didn't want to admit it after he changed her technique her cultivation speed increased by countless times and the spirit he gave her was stronger than she had ever seen.

He sat down and explained her whole plan about the plateau.

Tatsuya nodded, "As a supervisor."

Tatsuya nodded, "I need your name. Let Dark Guild know that area is under you. You can also freely use the teleportation array so you can come back anytime."

She looked at him strangely, "Are you in love with me?"

Even Tatsuya was surprised hearing this, "Where did you get that idea?"

"No, you can leave. Don't mention this to anybody until I come back."

She looked at him, "You are leaving?"

Tatsuya nodded, "I found something interesting. I might be gone for a few days. If something urgent happens then, say my name three times."

She narrowed her eyes, "You will know?"

Tatsuya nodded, "I will know."
