Considering the multiple projects that I had undertaken since coming back to the capital, I was made aware of a painful fact. I had very little in terms of personnel who could help me in executing my visions. Yes, I had knowledge and the foresight into the future, but it did not mean that I could just start to implement it. To correct this I had now decided that everyday after dinner I will personally conduct classes for the subjects that I wish to teach. This will in-turn help me gain the personnel required to teach the general public.
